She was such a fun and happy person to be around. She will definitely get you out of your shell. Elise washed my hair. Let me start off by saying I don't think I've ever been in a salon chair where they didn't get my face wet, or hurt my neck this was so comfy and relaxing. I felt like I was just laying there. She cut my hair. She kept checking with the length to make sure she wasn't cutting to much off. She blow dried it, cut it to perfection then let me take a look. I love my haircut so much!! I told her I wanted cut but not over done, she hacked my hair off! Typically my hair grows really fast. It took forever to grow back. Service was crappy. I'll never go back to that stylist. Maybe a blow out with someone else but definitely wouldn't let them cut my hair again.

She left so I thought I would go ahead & have someone else there do it. I called to make an appointment but was told they were short handed that day and would have to do it another day. We walked in, and only one of 5 girls was working. The other four were all sitting in their own stylist chairs looking at their Iphones. So I thought we hit the jackpot. Instead, they tried to make each other do the haircut and when no one wanted to, they told me to come back another time???? What???? I was so confused and it felt so ackward. My son's hair is easy, straight blond hair, just needed a cut. It usually takes about 10 minutes to cut. We are not picky, just wanted a hair cut. Seriously? We went around the corner to Jerri's Kustom Kuts. Walked in, friendly people, happy to help us and got a wonderful hair cut. Took 10 minutes and we will be back.

I was asked if I'd anything to drink and they gave me a great hot mint tea option which was really great. I was greeted by Eydan very quickly and she took me right back and quoted me on my visit that day after she heard what I was wanting. She started with a scalp massage which was a really nice add and then washed my hair and got right to work. It was really easy to talk to her and she made me feel very comfortable. I had an appointment scheduled as a new client for a level 2 stylist. With no call or even asking if I was in agreement my appointment was changed 3 days prior to a different level stylist. (Don't get me wrong I understand scheduling conflicts, that is not what was pulled here). My appointment was not moved with the stylist I booked or to another level 2 just changed to a level 1 and text sent. No call. I canceled but was told all stylist were the same. Not true! ....experience, education and abilities are different so no that was disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend this salon for not considering the clients wishes.
