My husband and I stopped in for dinner around 5/6pm. It wasn't very busy so we were a a little confused by the three different floors and where exactly to get beers or dinner. All the servers were very helpful and accommodating but it's just different from the normal restaurant and the stairs can be a little steep especially if you have to carry your drink from upstairs to downstairs for dinner. The food was good, nothing too special. The menu is very different from the norm as well, but Nothing to rave about. We may need to come back to try brunch instead. read more

The Bitter Alibi just made our must come back list for breakfast in Chattanooga. The food was excellent and the service was great! The Soul Train is a definite winner for breakfast. Our server was very attentive and it took one time for her to remember how we liked our coffee and brought more the same way every time. This place had an eclectic menu and the food didn't disappoint. Everyone at our table thoroughly enjoyed their food. If you like strong coffee this is the place for you. I would love to come back and try some of the other items that looked amazing, but I had no more room in my tummy this time. I would give this place 5 stars, but the lighting in the restaurant was way to bright for the tables close to the windows in the morning. A small shade could fix the issue easily. read more

Love this place ! The food and services was great! .... My boyfriend and I were looking for a quick breakfast spot on our way from Philadelphia to Florida. This place was recommended by a local. We had a hard time finding the restaurant since we are not from Tennessee . Once we walked in we were greeted immediately . The restaurants atmosphere was great between the music, lighting, and artwork have it a great touch. The menu was small with great options. We both had the Korean Seoul Train it was AMAZING!!!!!!!!! The pork was cooked perfect and the salsa had the right amount of spice. I defiantly recommended this place and it's a must try for anyone who visiting Chattanooga. read more

I love this place! My best bud and I decided to go here for a late breakfast and we couldn't believe that the food was so good. I ordered The Arnold and she The Seoul Train. We split it and ate every bite. I'm a coffee snob and theirs was excellent. The vibe was hip but we middle-aged women felt comfy and cool. This place is FAB! I've eaten breakfast/brunch here 2 or 3 times, and I have not been disappointed yet. I can recommend the breakfast burrito and any of the French toast-type options. They also serve alcohol, so you can have a nice mimosa with that yummy meal of yours. There are cons, however. The parking situation is non-existent (expect to walk a bit), and once you arrive you will usually have to wait at least 20 minutes to be seated due to the small nature of the building. read more

My wife and I had brunch here while in town for a wedding. Service was great. Food was even better. We loved the biscuits and chorizo gravy and bloody mary choices so much that we tried to dine there again for brunch the following day. Sunday brunch drew quite a crowd. read more

Ok... So you have a street entrance with a beautiful porch, but hey we'd rather people (unfamiliar to us) enter, instead, around back-having to duck-through what looks like the service entrance. No thank you. Shady and ridiculous. Why don't you use the front door as the... Um... Front door. This is one of those places where you want to try everything on the menu. I would consider this an Asian fusion spot with some really inspired dishes. The vibe and the food are great. We ventured out last night for a bite and a drink, and ended up here. We couldn't have been happier! The vibe is very dive bar, but the food is amazing. Get any wanted to see when she is and I'm sure you'll be happy. My husband had the Buffalo chicken, and I had the grilled cheese, add bacon and tomato. The chips were great, the brews were cold and their assortment of board games was wonderful. They have great beers on draft, and the assortment of cans was impressive. It fills up quick, so if you're looking to stay a while you might want to get there around 7:30 in order to get a table. Awesome little gem of a place. Great selection of craft beers. Came here for late lunch and just fell in love. Josh my waiter was very knowledgeable with the beers as I like to try new crafts. The menu is very diverse and eclectic. The jerk burger was so delicious and the roasted Brussel sprouts are fabulous. Will definitely have to come here again when i'm in Chattanooga.
