Spencer arrived right on time and had everything set up in just 2-3 minutes. We booked 1.5 hours of balloon twisting ($265), and it was a huge hit with everyone - from toddlers to adults! There was a constant line of guests waiting for their turn throughout the entire 1.5 hours! One of the best parts is that balloon twisting requires virtually no setup space, making it easy to fit into almost any party layout (just be prepared for the line that forms!). When they set up what we ordered, mostly water slides, they always climb in and make sure everything is clean and safe for our littles. I love that they are fully insured, the drivers are courteous and professional. Some of our parents even use them for their own private parties regularly as well. The prices are reasonable, and they have lots of options. It is also great knowing that we can rent a dance floor or extra chairs and tables for our family events from the same trusted company. I had requested for just one artist to do both and they were able to staff exactly that. I received the name of the artist before the event. Kimberly was punctual and very good at both arts. To prevent a long line and kids losing time on the ice, I made a sign up sheet for the balloon requests so Kimberly work on them while the kids were skating. This method worked out very well. All the kids enjoyed her balloon creations and face painting. She even labeled the animals with each child's name to prevent someone else from taking them. I love twist and shout events! Most of my communication was with Robin and not only is he fast at responding, but he was super accommodating to all my needs. He worked closely with me to make sure my photobooth strip was designed exactly how I wanted. They turned out great. The day of, Nik managed the photobooth and not only did he arrive early but he also made sure to keep the process smooth for a large group of over 100 people which isn't an easy task! He would also count down when the photos were being taken. It's when businesses go above and beyond like this that need to be recognized more.
