She pierced my right ear extremely crooked. After it was pierced i asked her if this is normal and she said yes and it just looks crooked because the "jewelry wasn't tight enough yet" which absolutely made zero sense. And till this day that is the only one of my piercing that keeps getting infected since it was pierced literally diagonal in the skin. I have a huge scar on the back of my ear now thanks to that awful piercing.

I never had a tattoo before and I showed up to the appointment clearly high (on Xanax) but the artist went through giving me a large tattoo on both of my hands. woke up the next day immediately regretting the decision and now have to under go painful laser removal because it is already affecting my career since graduated. I just wish the artist said "no." After talking with friends who are covered in tats most artists would never tattoo the hands as a first tattoo, so yes I did get what i asked for but I now wish I would have gotten it anywhere else like my arms All in all very unsatisfied wish this place had better guidance for new customers.
