We continue to shop and then they tell my mother in law that it was actually on hold for someone else and that they were coming to pick it up later. I speak to an employee telling her we will stick around to see if anyone picks it up and if not we will buy it and she was very insistent that this customer was "coming." My daughter waited near the front check-out desk to see if anyone came to pick up the bag the entire time and no one had come and then all of a sudden they said the customer had come, but my daughter never saw them take the bag out or sell it. It was apparent that the entire staff including assistant manager? knew about the situation and were all in on it. I'd really rather go to uptown murray or any other location now. I can't believe they would be this shiesty of human beings. I've recommended this location to my co-workers and friends which have shopped and sold their clothing items here, but I will definitely be notifying them of this situation and recommending they go elsewhere. I paid for the services and planned to pick up next month. She asked for another fitting visit which was expected. I went to the fitting visit and she hadn't started but had the length pinned (which I thought shouldn't have taken a full month). Anyways the length was good from what was pinned but the next time I came by it seemed like she hadn't really modified it or barely did. So we asked if she could shorten it and if the bustle could be brought in better. Since our event was that week of we asked if it'd be ready and she said yes. The day before the event, we picked up the dress and it was sloppily hemmed and a bit uneven. Not much we can do at this point but what was really disappointing was the customer service. The owner Anna was extremely rude and short with us. She only responded with one word answers and wasn't helpful in explaining the bustle. Needless to say we took the dress and left. And I won't be using her services for dry cleaning or future alterations in the future.

There's a large area where you can see people working and then a separate one with a changing room. You change into what you want altered and then they'll come and assess what needs to be done. They're pretty upfront with prices and you can opt-in/out of stuff. Service: So sweet and friendly. I came in with a large bridesmaid dress and they were truthful about telling me to get a new one as even with alterations, it wouldn't look as good. Value: Standard pricing as far as alteration places go. They do guarantee a 1 week turn around basically no matter what which is nice. Overall, would use again.

I had gotten a new card, so I gave the woman the new number over the phone. Today is Saturday, and my wife went looking for the laundry as she has a flight out for work at 3:30pm. No laundry bags were delivered. So I called and found out that even though they have the new card number, they never ran it for the balance owed, so they held on to our laundry. This is the kind of BS that drives me insane and makes me look for another vendor.
