I moved into my house 2 years ago, and some previous owners were an older couple who loved to garden. There were huge flower beds all over the yard with lots of things in there. Before they sold, however, these beds were unattended and started to go crazy with growth and weeds, as did the grass around it. With a new baby on the way for me, there was no way I could manage keeping up everything, and I wanted it handled right, so I called Josh and had him come out to take a look. Josh talked over my goals for a whole-yard revamp and combined my asks with his extensive experience to come up with a plan on how to remove the beds, re-grade some of the yard, and install extra drainage to make everything look good. Although 2020 and 2021 were not the best times for materials (in many industries, including landscaping) which delayed the project a while, Josh kept us up to date with his progress until his team was ready to install. The install went smoothly over the course of a few days, and Josh was there to help with guidance on watering to keep everything growing correctly. He stopped by every few days to check on things (although he didn't need to) and help me adjust watering times and sprinkler placement. Even now, weeks after the installation, he's still super responsive to my questions and has helped me keep everything looking good through the summer. If you want a landscaping project done right with a company that cares about long-term success for your yard, Dreamscapes is the way to go. I really can't recommend them enough.

I then emailed several roofing companies for a complimentary inspection. Thursday morning Matt Dempsey, with Reno Simplicity Roofing, reached out to me. He promptly scheduled a roof inspection for that upcoming Saturday. Upon inspection he found wind damage, he was confident that our Home Owners Insurance would agree regarding damage. He was happy to deal directly with our Insurance company, no easy task during this pandemic era. As promised Matt followed through, the next thing I knew We had our brand new Certainteed roof Installed!! All of this and we only paid insurance deductible!! Matt made this whole process quick and easy (no small task in middle of a pandemic). After our new roof was installed we had additional(unforseen) work done on our home, it involved a patch on our brand new roof. I contacted Matt, he explained we had received one of the last lots of roofing materials from Certainteed, the production of materials had been almost completely halted due to Covid Pandemic. However Matt promised he would search around for supplies.....what a relief when he called with good news, he was able to find the additional materials we needed! This was like the icing on the cake! After completion of additional work I asked how much we owed for labor and materials, I was stunned when he said it was covered under our Deductible!
