    Kickin' Chicken with Sheamus Fries
    RouFails G.

Most places that have a "spicy" sandwich don't really go all out on their spice level. This place is an exception. I had the kickin' chicken sandwich which was fantastically spicy! It would be a 10/10 sandwich, but the spicy sauce drenched the bun too much for my taste. The chicken was not dry at all and the fries (sheamus fries) were nice fresh and hot. The gravy and sour cream (I think?) was a nice touch! It was nice and clean on the inside and also not loud at all. Major plus for me that I could hear the person sitting next to me! The server was a great guy giving us beer samples to help us find the ones we liked! I got the blarney's pale ale and loved every drop! I'll be coming back here again to try more stuff when I'm back in town!

Sioux Falls, South Dakota This quaint, Irish pub is located in downtown Sioux Falls. The parking is street parking and it is metered. The restaurant when you walk in has a very large bar and some tables for dining. There is a separate room off to the right that has a cozy fireplace, high top tables and some smaller tables throughout the area. We ordered the onion rings with a Dubliner sauce to begin. Onion rings are cut thick and they were crunchy on the outside, but some of them seem to be a little doughy on the inside. For dinner, we ordered the fish sandwich that came with fries and the mac & cheese. The fish sandwich was absolutely delicious. Cooked to perfection. It had a nice crunchy outside and lots of meat to the fish. The french fries were waffle cut and probably the best I have had in quite some time. They were very crunchy and stayed that way throughout the meal. The dish was also accompanied with coleslaw that had a very bland taste. The macaroni and cheese was made with cavatappi noodles. I had three different cheeses and one of them was smoked cheddar. If you like smoked cheddar, this meal is for you. It has a very distinct flavor. But I absolutely enjoyed it. I think if they topped it off with some sautéed baked breadcrumbs. It would finish well. But nonetheless, it was really good. I did order a Guinness and it always tastes wonderful. This Guinness though was not super cold so I was a bit disappointed. I would give this restaurant 4.5 stars. Had it not been for the undercooked onion rings and the warm beer? It would've been a perfect five.

We had solid meals of bangers and mash and fish and chips. The beer selection is very good as were the ambience and our server.

Was so relieved to find an affordable food place that was open on a Monday! It's crazy a lot of places are closed Monday and then the restaurants or drink places open are quite expensive. Blarney's is the bright light at the end of a very disappointing tunnel. Lol seriously felt like the last restaurant at the end of the block of shops and I'm glad my friend and I discovered it. It was poppin' at Blarneys! Super busy. You just walk right in and seat yourself. Great service! They were between changing shifts so at one point we had 2 waiters/waitresses and they were very attentive. I just got the classic pub and added cheese. Cooked to perfection! Liked how they had an area that was like of open so like you were on the patio but not. Such a beautiful day discovering a beautiful place to eat that was not overly priced or expensive. Highly recommend!

This is one of the e best burgers I have tried. Hands down!

Sioux Falls... what can I say, the plains, the drinks, and the atmosphere! On my way back home, stopped by this "little" place, and I have to say, service, on point! Asked the server to get me what ever he wanted, like I always do, and. Redoes to say this didn't disappoint. Ok, for starters, fresh burger medium well. That sauce on the burger boom! But wait there is more! Fried onion strings, with Fried jalapeño! ! Sweet potato cross cut fries and this brown sugar Jameson dipping heavenly sauce... Oh My Sweet, 3lb, 6oz baby Jesus!! This was such a blessing! A gift from heaven. Not going go back on this, but this was prepared with love.. I like that movie P.S. I love you.. the Irish didn't disappoint. I even bought a little bottle of that dipping sauce - $1.99 to take home, and the sweet potato fries. It-just-goes-together.. like peas and carrots.. and Jenny says yes.. Try this place out, this is a very well balanced of flavors. Can't wait to go back. But maybe not int the winter.

The steak was cooked perfectly to order with a nice seasoning.

Headed downtown on a Sunday, didn't realize a lot of places are closed on Sunday! Thank goodness The Blarney Stone Pub was hopping, we had a wonderful experience! We were greeted when we arrived and were able to be seated right away at a table for two on the patio. It was a hot one, definitely wish they had some fans out there! The fly's were thick as well, I think fans would help that issue a little as well. The host didn't provide menu's so we waited awhile for our server to notice us and bring them, perhaps that could be an easy fix by providing the host with the menus! Our service Jasmine was lovely, she was attentive and friendly throughout our visit. We were surprised to find out that there is an entire gluten free menu so ordering took a little longer once we received that menu! I ordered the Corned Beef & Cabbage and my friend who has celiacs ordered the sirloin steak. The corned beef melts in your mouth, the creamed cabbage is divine and the potatoes are nice and chunky and creamy. The sirloin was cooked perfectly to order and the veggies were a nice al dente texture. The presentation of the sirloin could use a little pizazz but the flavor was good. The wait time for the food is long, two drinks worth of long, but in the end was worth the wait as we just sat and visited and enjoyed our time. We had a good experience at The Blarney Stone and I recommend them for a nice cold Guiness and some excellent corned beef!

    The birthday kids!

We just had the most wonderful experience! Ricky was our waiter. The service was awesome and all the food and drinks were on point! So so good. We were celebrating 2 birthday my daughter and son in law. We all had a wonderful time. Appetizers, drinks and entrees were so tasty. We highly recommend. There were 9 of us and we had a comfortable seating area.

    Spicy chicken sandwich

This was not a restaurant I was impressed with. The service is horrible and slow. The food is not as good as I would have hoped. The interior of the restaurant is very reminiscent of most pubs. The food took awhile to come out even though it was just sandwiches. The Rueben wasn't the greatest I've ever had and not the worst. The fried spicy chicken sandwich was alright as well. Not somewhere we would come back too.

The decor is bursting with character, the food with flavor, and the staff with hospitality! I found this place on a late Saturday morning on my way to the airport. The decor was fun as you walked in the front door. The bar area is huge, and the tables were filled with conversation. Some patrons were louder than most, I figured, they had been lubricating a while already. Their breakfast menu comes with a choice of Bloody Mary, screwdriver, or something else. I went with the Bloody Mary. It was definitely a slow sipper drink. Delicious and designed to increase the volume of your conversation the more you enjoyed. Bree recommended the corned beef hash, and I was not disappointed! It was a bed of potatoes covered with tender, long, thick strands of corned beef and topped with a scrumptious hollandaise sauce. I definitely agree with Bree and would recommend it as a first time meal! Bree and Canton worked the bar. They were busily serving their customers while sharing fun stories from the pub.

Kilkenny Cod w/ Wild Rice & Veggies

I stopped at Sioux Falls for lunch during a road trip and found this pub after some Googling. We came in late afternoon on a Wednesday, so it was fairly empty. It was your typical Irish pub decoration and layout, with many TVs on every wall and both bar and booth seating. The restaurant was quite spacious. Although a pub, it had a full-on lunch and dinner menu. I was told the lunch portions are typically smaller than the dinner portions. We came right at the lunch menu time cut-off we ordered from their dinner menu (which is technically the all-day menu). The staff was friendly and service speed was moderate. Pickled Eggs (1/5): I really wanted to like this, but it was just too sour for me, and the vinegar was very strong. Shepherd's Pie (5/5): Absolutely delicious. I felt like the mash potatoes-to-ground beef ratio was perfect. The seasoning of the beef was delicious and paired deliciously with the creamy mash. The mash itself was not too heavy or cheesy. I didn't like the bread roll it came with, but the pie itself was very good. Kilkenny Cod w/ Wild Rice & Veggies (4/5): I loved a well-cooked cod. It's one of those fish that is hard to mess up, and this Kilkenny cod was cooked perfectly. The cod was still soft on the inside and the crust on the outside held so much flavor. The wild rice was well-cooked, it was soft and fluffy. The veggies were also yummy. I highly recommend squeezing that lemon slice they give you. It balances the fried cod with the creaminess of the sauce so well. It was a very yummy dish, but it was not too stand-out flavor-wise for me.

We came in on a weekday so it wasn't too busy which was good. Came in hungry and ready to eat some good Irish food. Although we wanted to order corned beef and cabbage for dinner, it wasn't on their menu so we ordered the next best alternative. Irish egg rolls!!! Seriously, who would've thought to stuff corned beef, cabbage and cheese into a fried roll?' Genius!!! Didn't expect much but actually was the highlight of the entire meal. We ordered the Kilkenny and the hubby said it was excellent! So far, so good so we were excited about our meals. We ordered the Shepherd's pie and bangers and mash. How can we go wrong, right? It's a pub! Well, the shepherd's pie was good but not great. Now, here's where it got weird. We tried the bangers and mash and we LOVE brats/sausages. However, these bangers were the oddest bangers we've ever tried and not in a good way. He didn't like the flavor and I really didn't like the texture, think Vienna sausage. It wasn't meaty like all other bangers we've had at other pubs/restaurants. Maybe it's a SD thing? Maybe? Overall, the beer and the app made it worth a 4 star for me. We'd come back for sure when we're back in Sioux Falls but definitely order different dinners.

Solid Irish Food offering of above average quality. Good service and nice ambiance until it gets packed or happens to be St Pattys Day.
