First id like to state we hired them to clean the pool and overall that job was great; no issues whatsoever and the pool was ready to swim asap, which to me was a shocker based off how dirty/ bad the pool needed to be cleaned up. Now, my real reason for the review is due to the equipment that was sold to us after the fact along with the install job, which was fine until we currently had some issues with one of the pipes blowing off the filter that was sold to us along with what appears to be a crack on the opposite side that is installed into the new heater that was sold to us as well. Note - this work and equipment sold to us is barely 4 months old and with the summer here we just barely using any of it now. Have been trying to get in contact with Mike ( presumed to be owner) along with the installer but mike avoids any communication and the installer number seems to be disconnected now. To whom this may concern, I hired blue pools to maintain my 40,000 gallon pool to start this maintenance. I had blue pools to do a filter cleaning of my De filters during our first maintenance. Somehow or another filter gets cracked and blue doesn't even mention the crack. I noticed the crack when I noticed DE filter in my pool water so like any other concerns I called my Pool guy to find out what happened and he has no clue what happened until he mentions the crack in filter. So long story short to not put the blame on anybody we agreed that I would buy the filters if you would install them for free comes back with a quote of about $400 for filters. I find them on Amazon for $200. He tells me he won't install those filters because he didn't buy them And they won't be covered under warranty truck shit called price gouging mark up I wasn't born yesterday. Keep in mind customer this all happened in the first week of hiring this company and then I can keep going and going and going all I can say is I would definitely not hire this company for nothing read more

July 31st our regular pool guy didn't show up, a random guy did, video of the backyard shows the guy did not clean the pool. August 3rd we started developing alge, August 7th the company saw we had alge, again did not clean the pool. We called the owner, he stated they'd have a meeting and take extra care of us the following week. The following wed, company was in and out in 10 minutes we called the owner, he made every excuse as to why we had alge, taking zero responsibility as to why his crew is not cleaning the pool or taking care of the issues properly, here we are Aug 28th Steve is shown in our cameras throwing a tantrum because we still have alge. Sweeping 2 feet of the of the pool, taking his brush off and tossing it, hitting our pergola. Here goes another week of not brushing the pool. We are paying this company to brush and take care of our pool. Clearly they are not taking care of our pool if 4 weeks later we still have algea. We have multiple videos of them not brushing the pool. Stay clear of this company. We have had them for well over a year and their quality has gotten horrible. And it's safe to say the owner will jump on here and defend his company. We have video of the poor service this company is giving. read more

This is the worst pool service I have ever had. If something goes wron with the pool, such as a breakout of yellow algae, Michael, the manager, will always blame you. After leaving our pool in the worst shape it has ever been, he terminated our agreement. Their employees appear to be inexperienced and there is no communication. There has been constant turnover of the employees cleaning our pool. One of the employees told us he could not get the pool to turn on after cleaning it. I had to call our appliance insurance company out to fix it. Turns out he had been using an electrical breaker to turn the pool off and on. He did not understand that he needed to press the service button when he cleaned the pool. It cost me an $85 service call. read more
