Wow! This is like an 8oz. Poke serving but for desserts! If you want a halo-halo, this is the best place to get it. I haven't had a halo-halo of this size and quality as long as I have lived on this planet. The pricing is great for what you get as well. The bowls are huge! Service was great, the woman inside was fast and was very nice, even though she had a mask on. WiFi is included and although the bathroom was available, it was for employees because of the coronavirus. Parking is big. Unfortunately for me it was a 22 minute drive from my house to get here. It is located in canyon country in the Santa Clarita valley. Just be careful not to get shot. The menu included Taho pudding which is also served in a massive container. Go ahead and come on by and give it a shot, you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend this place as this is my favorite Filipino dessert place ever! read more

I personally wouldn't come here for their boba. I thought it was pretty mediocre, BUT their Halo Halo is TOP NOTCH!! For $6.50, you can get a huge bowl of Halo Halo with ALL the toppings! I did kind of wish they had a smaller size because I initially got this as an add-on to my lunch. This ended up just being my whole lunch. Regardless, highly recommend it! It's fresh and super flavorful. The ube ice cream is really good and not too icy. The rest of the ingredients are all fresh and perfect compliments to each other. Highly recommend! read more

I came here for taro milk (no extra sugar) for a very picky toddler. The lady that served us was super nice. She accommodated our very specific request and even asked for my kiddo's favorite color so she can give us a bendy straw in the appropriate color. I've ordered boba here a while ago and I don't think I'll come back here for it. The boba didn't have the chewy consistency that it should have. So I give 3 stars for that visit. 3 stars again for the Halo Halo I ordered to share with my husband. After reading the reviews on the halo halo, I was so excited to try it. The size was a decent size to be shared but as far as the taste, I feel like it was lacking flavor and there could have been more ingredients. There were big chunks in the shaved ice which we didn't like. I'm a bit disappointed but not going to give up on this place yet. I'll give their halo halo (taho if/when it's back in season) another try. read more

Somebody's spoiled! My sister just dropped off this giant a** halo halo to me in Hollywood. Ryan's Bistro is their go-to in SCV for boba, halo halo, and taho. The halo halo has a perfect blend of flavors. The shaved ice is nice and soft. And it's not too sweet like other places. My only suggestion is to pre order. Otherwise, you might have to wait a bit. I've been there when it's not busy and the wait time is still kind of long. But hey they do prepare it with love. read more

Outside of Ding Tea in Stevenson Ranch, there aren't many good boba spots in the SCV. Having seen the pictures on Yelp, I figured I give this place a try with my parents. BOBA: Since the comments for all three large drinks we had were similar, here's what we ordered: Taro Smoothie w/ Boba, Thai Tea Smoothie, and Sea Salt Caramel Blended Latte with Boba. We did not enjoy the drinks as much as we wanted. The boba in our drinks was too soft and overcooked. Taro is one of the most common flavors, so I was surprised at how watered down my dad's drink was. My mom said her Thai Tea drink was light; you could barely taste the tea. I had the same comments for my drink. Creamy? Sure, but I could hardly taste any salted caramel. Sad to say, the first impression was disappointing. I don't visit this area often, but I might try their Halo Halo if I ever stop by this place again in the future. read more

Boba Bistro is a cute little establishment that offers a variety of boba menu items that most boba places in Santa Clarita do not. However, with this being said, the boba itself isn't the greatest, I've definitely had better in Santa Clarita. I ordered the milk icee which was actually really good, it tasted like strawberry milk! I would probably order this again, just without the boba. The store itself could use some improvement, especially in the decor department. You walk in & it looks like a big empty store, it doesn't offer that warm inviting feeling that most boba stores in scv offer. They do have a giant wall with painted wings so I guess that's pretty cool if you're looking to take a fun pic with your drink. This place is kind of hard to find due to it being pretty hidden. Once you do find it though there's plenty of parking available. Will I be returning here? Probably not, but I am glad that I gave this place a try! I'd only recommend coming here if you're in Canyon Country & are desperate for boba. read more

Though they are known for their boba drinks, we purposely went here to try their "halo halo", and it definitely satisfied our taste buds. It's so masarap (so good) and way better than most Filipino fast food joints like Chow King, Jolibee or other point-to-point Pinoy places. This unpretentious place is small and they're located in strip mall, next to a few businesses. Seating is fairly limited and most take their orders to go. For those who don't know what halo-halo is, it is a Filipino dessert with sweet beans, gelatin, jack fruit, crushed ice, ube ice cream, condensed milk. rice crispy and leche flan (custard). Unfortunately, Boba Bistro doesn't put any leche flan and rice crispy on theirs, which can turn away most halo-halo purest. But let me just say, Boba Bistro's halo halo doesn't disappoint. We hardly noticed the missing items until we finished devouring it. It was made to order and the quality of the ingredients and time they put into making the dessert really showed. They come in 2 sizes regular ($5) and large ($6). We got the regular and they give you a generous amounts of everything, including two scoops of ube ice cream. The crush ice was even finely shaved ( I just hate biting into huge chunk if ice crystals). Indeed!!! It was the tastiest, creamiest most delicious halo-halo dessert we've had in long time. Definitely recommend to anyone who loves and enjoys good halo halo. Tip - 10% off on yelp check-in. read more

They're ok so far! I paid a visit tonight, though I was taken aback with a comment from one of the workers, a high school student most likely, when she told me as she handed me my Jasmine Milk Tea boba, to mix it well before I drink! Really? I needa be told how to drink my boba? LOL. I let that comment FLY BY. Oh youngins! Just cuz I walk in wearin' glasses and no makeup don't mean I'm as young or younger than you. Otherwise, the boba was good at first. Got a regular sized cup. But they did put a lot of ice. And so in a few minutes, my drink quickly watered down since it was in a smaller than average boba drink container, plus the boba hardened. I tried my other fam's drinks. They were decent too, but pretty sweet. I definitely needa try their empanadas & halo halo next time! Lotsa seats + tables with mini tv's/computers. Not much decor so far. read more

I've been here about 3 times and this seems like a cute little boba shop with lots of variety. It's great place to hang out on a hot day! AC and ice cold drinks! Why I was here // I come here every once in awhile when I am in my bf's hometown. This time we went with his family after lunch for a sweet treat. Atmosphere // clean, kind of empty, nice painting on the wall, couches and tables I've gotten the coconut smoothie with boba. The boba is really good! I always really want to try out their taho tofu! I wanted to try this place because they had Halo-Halo. I ordered a large Halo-Halo and it was huge. It was big enough to share with 3 people and for the price of $5.50 it was a great deal. The Halo-Halo came with the usual ingredients (beans, jelly, jackfruit) you would find at Filipino restaurants. They top it off with delicious Ube ice cream. They also sell empanadas and ensaymadas from the Ensaymada Project. I have try those out the next time I visit along with their Boba drinks. read more

First time coming to this place. This location is pretty hidden, so if it's your first time visiting please note it shares a space with a restaurant. I ordered a brown sugar milk icee with custard and boba. The brown sugar milk icee drink and the custard were great. The actual boba was not so much. Maybe it was just this batch, but the bubble tea pearls were tasteless and had a rough texture. I'd come back for another drink or possibly try their halo halo. read more

The guy who was working there the night of 4/9/21 was so rude to us when we got there. I let it go because I just wanted my halo-halo, but to my surprise not only did I find the hair in my picture but I found one on the surface of my ice cream. If you see a tall man with hair shoulder length working ask if someone else can make your food. read more

Was in the area looking for some refreshing dessert since today is over 100 degrees. The large halo halo was filled with a good assortment of beans, fruit and jelly. The pinipig (crispy rice) was a nice addition to the texture. Would have been nice to have a piece of leche flan to compliment the ube ice cream. The taho (tofu) was tasty with the warm boba (tapioca). Paid about $12 for two items. Boba Bistro was good but wouldn't make a special trip out here for it. read more

Please bring back taho every day. There was a sign that said you only have taho on Saturdays and Sundays when we went on a Wednesday. So we came back on Sunday after church but they were out of taho again!! Sorry to say but that is the only reason why we go to your store but we will always go there as long as you have taho. Haven't been here in a while since there are quite a few boba spots in town now and with longer hours than here but I was craving for fresh taho. My friend and I ordered one each, and we finished them pretty fast. They were so warm and sweet, tofu was silky and sago was soft. I am writing the review just for two items: halo halo & taho. I would say the halo halo here is really good, however, it is not consistent (flavor, sweetness, & serving portions). It depends on who assembles the halo halo. Despite the fact, I still prefer getting my halo halo here. Ingredients are fresh. As for the taho, when available, it really hits the spot. It tends to be in the less sweet side so when I order it, I ask for less taho but a bit more of the arnibal. Also, taho isn't always available. Parking is plentiful. Staff are cordial. read more

If there was zero star I would give this place zero. They used to have good halo halo, NOT anymore. Today I went to get halo halo and it's freaking nasty. Mehhh. There's wayyy better boba, but I guess you have to settle if you're on this side of the SCV. Otherwise, just drive over to Valencia to get Boba Time. I got the Milo monster and it seriously tastes like childhood. The drink itself is good (something you can make at home with Milo powder though), but the boba was a definite miss. It clumped together and it was difficult to get up the straw. The girl upgraded my drink to a large which was a nice surprise! BUT, next time I come here, I'll try the halo halo and taho. All the other reviews seem to be raving about them, even though the place is called "boba bistro". read more

This place has authentic Filipino Taho that you can't find at commericalised fast food chains *cough Chowking cough* My family also tried Halo-Halo (the regular size can easily feed two), Taro Milk Tea boba, and their mango crêpe. Food and Drinks: Everything was delicious, and the service was gentle with folks checking up on us. Parking: Plaza parking, and there are plenty of spots. Ambiance: Chill, perfect to bring your friends in for a long chat over some good boba. Oh did I mention that they also have boad/card games on hand for you to use? They accept do card/cash if anyone is curious. I would definitely recommend anyone to try their Halo-Halo and Taho if you want a taste of the Philippines' finer treats. read more

This place is ass. I stopped going here a while back because down the street there's a place that gives you a 34 ounce cup for the same price this place charges for a 24 ounce. Today definitely took the cake though. Nothing annoys me more than a business that doesn't try to fix an unhappy customer. If I'm spending my money I don't care who's right or who's wrong as a business you should do everything in your power to make sure that I'm happy and spending the money I spent. I ordered three Thai teas. I wanted them to be smoothies but got back iced tea. I advise I wasn't happy with it and asked if it was too late for him to fix it and he said yes. That's a load of s***. Sucks this place is close to my house but I'd rather drive down the street further for a place that's happy to take my business. read more

Ordered two thai teas, not sure if the very kind lady just made it wrong but it just tasted like water ... which is weird cause there's no water in it other than the ice . 10/10 would not recommend especially for the price. The boba was good tho. read more

Underrated boba place in Santa Clarita. Easy to miss as it is tucked away in a nondescript shopping plaza and the signage isn't readily noticeable from the street. I came here on a whim when I was waiting for my takeout order at Siam Rice to be prepared. This place is pretty big for a boba shop and they have TVs and board games to keep large groups entertained. I came for the boba (mango smoothie) but was really surprised at how good their mango crepe was. It actually comes with fresh diced mangos. They have a pretty extensive menu from boba drinks to halo halo ice cream. They also have a ton of specials each day of the week where they feature heavy discounts on particular items. As it stands, their menu is really affordable. Most desserts and drinks are $5 or less. The dudes that work here are really polite and quick in making your order. There's a counter along the front window with a few seats -- it was raining outside, so we decided to sit and enjoy our açaí bowl and smoothies before heading to work. Rain + smoothie time = peaceful life. It wasn't busy when we arrived, so our order came out super fast. Service was good -- the staff were friendly and smiley. Not super chatty or recommending things, but that's okay, because I was already busy studying the menu like it was a mystery novel. I ordered the Raspberry Craze smoothie and a Berries Açaí Bowl -- both were yummy and refreshing. Then I spotted these turmeric pineapple probiotic shots in the fridge (hello Vitamin C ), so of course I took a couple bottles home. They tasted like sunshine in tiny form. I also got the Avocado Everything Toast -- and it was delicious! The avocado wasn't chunky like freshly cut avocado. It was more like a smooth puree (probably from a packet), but honestly still yummy. The bread tasted like sourdough -- crispy on the edges, soft in the middle. My toast had personality. Overall -- fresh, clean, tasty, healthy vibes. I'll definitely be back to try more things... because my smoothie journey has just begun

LACKING BRAINCELLS..!…read more i ordered a simple large watermelon cloud smoothie through their offical jamba app and walked in a few minutes afterwards and said i had a mobile order and gave my name. the guy gave a weird look and said they didn't have anything yet so i said i just ordered it and he mentioned it might take a few minutes so i showed i'm my phone that it was one smoothie and he said "no problem ill start making it" then a few minutes later he changes his mind and tone with me saying he can't give away anything without it coming through their system. i understand it might take a few mins to register on their end but if it's not showing up and im showing him proof that i paid for it in the app. i even checked my bank and i was charged too. i was just confused why he was acting this way now so i tried asking but he interrupted me and said i was yelling at him and waving my phone when i was calm and simply trying to understand why they haven't gotten my order. he was the one raising his voice at me at this point so i decided to walk out of the store for 5-7 mins and sit in my car waiting for the order to pop up. when i came back in i asked if they got it yet and he said no. so he wasn't going to give me my smoothie i paid for and so i asked for his name then started getting more of an attitude with me saying i don't need to know his name. ( PLEASE WEAR NAME TAGS!) he walks away saying he's calling the manager because ITS MY FAULT that they didn't get my order. make that make sense?! i've never had this happen before and eventually without saying anything he makes me my smoothie and said "we close in 2 minutes so i don't care anymore" then proceeded to keep yelling at me until i got in my car i looked and he was still yelling. i said " im surprised you have a job" before walking out which might have triggered him more but that's what happens when you treat customers this way. i literally will never go to another jamba juice ever again since this is the type of people they employ.
