The ladies at the front were very friendly and welcoming. The beauty treatment waiting room is cute, smaller but has a coffee machine, sodas and water, snacks and more. I love these little touches! My provider was very knowledgeable and took time to explain things to me and get to know my goals in getting treatment. She went over suggestions and several options and I felt very comfortable. Process was same as every other time - little pinching here and there but totally doable. They also give a little cold pack for you to take. When I asked for clarification, the conversation was dismissed instead of resolved. For a $200 difference, I was surprised by the lack of transparency and the unwillingness to address the issue. I'm sharing our correspondence so others can see the interaction for themselves. Our correspondence after many failed attempts! Her response was not correct, a confusing bunch of jargon and then she dismissed me after my response! Hi Christina, I want to clarify my concern one last time. Ten days before this appointment, I had a full Botox treatment elsewhere. At your office, I only received a very small touch‑up: a bit above my brows, a small amount in the DAO area, and a tiny amount above my lip. This was not a full forehead or full‑area treatment. Your injector specifically told me she used 1 unit of Dysport on each side of my top lip, and when I asked about the conversion and pricing, the explanation I received didn't make sense. Now that I see the lack of results -- and considering I also had swelling in one eye afterward -- I do not believe I received anything close to the Botox‑equivalent of 24 units. It feels consistent with 24 units of Dysport total, not 72 units. I also want to mention that during the visit, I asked about options for skin tightening and wrinkle reduction and explained that I have rosacea. I was told that CO resurfacing would be good for me, even though that type of treatment is generally contraindicated for rosacea and can worsen redness and sensitivity. I was also encouraged toward hormone pellets after mentioning I take hormones, which felt like unnecessary upselling. Overall, the experience came across as high‑pressure rather than patient‑focused. I'm not going to continue going back and forth. I'm simply asking for fair billing based on the actual amount injected. A $200 reimbursement would resolve this. Dysport and Botox are both neuromodulators, but they are measured using different unit scales. Dysport units are not equivalent to Botox units. In clinical practice, approximately 2.5-3 units of Dysport provide a similar effect to 1 unit of Botox. To keep pricing straightforward and consistent for our clients, our office structures Dysport pricing so that the treatment cost is comparable to Botox for the same aesthetic outcome. We use a 3:1 approach. For example, what may be normally be documented as 72 units of Dysport corresponds roughly to about 24 units of Botox in clinical effect and we call 24 units of Dysport in our office. For reference, the manufacturer's (Galderma) recommended dosing for Dysport in FDA-approved areas includes: * Glabellar lines (frown lines between the brows): 50 units total (administered across 5 injection points) * Lateral canthal lines (crow's feet): 30 units per side (60 units total) Actual dosing may vary based on muscle strength, anatomy, and desired results, which is why your treatment plan is customized during consultation. Our goal is always to deliver safe, natural-looking results while maintaining transparent and consistent pricing. During the call, we also talked about the CO2 laser they have, and I ended up booking a treatment for my hands as well to help with the wrinkles and signs of aging. Over the last few years, the quality of care at this office has significantly declined. It can be…read moreextremely difficult to get ahold of anyone to make appointments, even after multiple calls and portal messages. My most recent visit was the final straw. Before the provider entered the room, two staff members were loudly discussing my labs, medications, and personal medical information to each other from a clear distance where I could hear one person near my door and the other further away. It made me extremely uncomfortable. When I brought it up to the nurse practitioner seeing me, it was brushed off instead of acknowledged or apologized for, which only made the situation worse. The appointment itself felt rushed, and my concerns were not really addressed. By that point, I was already feeling uncomfortable and dismissed. What disappointed me most was the response afterward. When I told the front desk I would not be rescheduling and would be switching doctors because I felt the situation was unprofessional, I was told, "I don't think so, but OK." That defensive response spoke volumes. Ironically, I had been asked to schedule a more vulnerable follow-up exam there, and after this experience, I could not imagine feeling comfortable returning knowing the same thing could happen again. Patients deserve professionalism, privacy, and to feel heard. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

You walk in you get great aesthetics and the staff is always so friendly. I started visiting this Medi spa for B12 shots about five years ago. I ended up trying their weight loss program and worked it for a couple of months lost my 30 pounds and continue to go there for my B12 shots after reaching my goal. I don't go there consistently but when I feel I need to shed a few pounds I'll head over to. BAA . They recently started offering Semaglutide, so I decided to pop back in and see what the buzz is about.. for your initial visit it's about $120 and then every week you'll pay about 80 $80 depending on your dosage you're on. it has been very effective for me. I've been on it for two months and I've lost 13 pounds. I'm not trying to lose a bunch of weight right away so the process has been slow and you will have to be patient with it. I highly recommend going to this facility as they are quick, courteous, and painless . Oh, I almost forgot to mention you will need an appointment for your initial consultation, but every appointment after that is on a walk-in basis, and when I say you can get in and out in about 15 minutes, that's no lie! I have done my weekly visits on my 30 minute lunch break.

The lash lift and tint on the other hand was not so great. My lashes and eyelids felt crusty, and when I got home and looked in my light up 3x mirror I saw that there was still what I assume was glue or maybe sticky stuff from the pads used for the lash lift. I also noticed my lashed were criss-crossed and the lift (curl) was uneven. A few of them looked crimped and are curling into my eyelids like maybe they somehow got under the pads during the process (?) I'm not sure what happened, but since this was meant to be a professional lash lift I was a little disappointed in results. I was hoping for a uniformed curl, and a little more attention to detail.
