They probably hoped that after a year I would just give up. You do NOT get what you pay for in this place but if you have money to burn go for it! The nursing staff was unhelpful and lacked empathy, making me feel like my concerns were an inconvenience rather than something that deserved attention. What was most alarming, however, was receiving a phone call from the doctor who mistakenly called me instead of the correct patient, asking how I was feeling in the hospital. I was not hospitalized -- I was calling because I was having issues with my recovery. This error caused unnecessary worry and discomfort and raised serious concerns about communication, attention to detail, and patient safety. Then Dr. P comes into my room with attitude and zero empathy, as if I did something wrong when he's the one to make a mistake. Overall, this experience left me feeling unheard, anxious, and regretful of choosing this practice. Post-operative care is critical, and unfortunately, this was the worst experience I've had in a medical setting. I would not recommend this office to anyone expecting attentive, compassionate, and organized care. This place is a joke.
