I especially was edified by the breathing exercises; which offered me a refreshing chance to refresh my Chakras & commune with the Divine, which we all hold inside - as well as experience the entire room being led into all manner of physical / mental / even emotional spaces. I was also very much edified by her Guided Meditation; which was deliciously delivered with more than a touch of poetry, and yielded a vivid journey, rich with beauty... My almost 10 year old Rottweiler, Patrea, has been getting sicker these past 5+ months. Her…read morebiggest problem was not being able to eat 'dog' food anymore. She vomited it up, so I began cooking for her. After her Rabies shot at the end of February, she began vomiting her homecooked meals. The Vet gave me canned food, which didn't stay down either. Anti-vomiting pills and Prednisone did nothing to stop her vomiting. A friend recommended Rosemary and after listening to my story, she told me that she could help Patrea. And me. That was 2 weeks ago. She had me give Patrea mineral drops and spray. Almost immediately, Patrea began responding to the treatment. She has had episodes of vomiting, but no where near like she had been. This past week Rosemary had me begin using Copaiba Essential Oil with her meals. We have had several nights of no vomiting. Patrea is definitely feeling better - dancing around, snuggling, and talking to us. I am ever so grateful for Rosemary's coaching thru Patrea's sickness. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. I called specifically requesting a deep tissue massage, but was told the available therapist, Noel, did not offer that service. I was instead recommended a therapeutic massage with medium-to-firm pressure. Unfortunately, the pressure was very light and did not address any of the tension or knots I was hoping to work out. I regularly visit spas and have received Swedish massages that were significantly deeper. While Noel was pleasant, the massage simply did not meet my needs, and I left feeling unsatisfied. I was also surprised to learn at checkout that there was an additional charge to use the spa amenities. In my experience, amenities are typically included when booking a treatment. Had I known about the extra fee when I asked about amenities while booking, I could have made a more informed decision. The jacuzzi ended up being the best part of my visit, but I go to a spa primarily for the quality of the massage. Overall, I left feeling that the experience was not worth the cost, and I do not plan to return. I'm giving two stars because the front desk staff was friendly and the facility itself appeared clean and inviting.
