I would stay away as this repair shop is a money grab. I spent nearly $8k in a matter of three…read moremonths at this shop with issues still persisting. Initially, I brought my car there to get a diagnostic which it was determined my car essentially needed new brakes, rooters, hubs, etc. (you name it). My car is an 07 Camry, so I understood why the fixes were necessary. The issue came came afterwards, when it was shown that I needed to have repairs to the repairs they had made after I brought my car back for timing belt issues (which they did not diagnose initially). I brought the car back to get the timing belt issue resolved because the car continued to make loud screeching noises when I accelerated. After the timing belt was fixed, my car ran ok for another week then the starter and the battery went out on the car. I brought it back here after spending $8 over the matter of a three month period- they charged me for a diagnostic and told me I needed a new battery and starter now. I felt it ridiculous to have to pay for another diagnostic after spending thousands at this location in such a short window (mind you, this was summer 2025). The police was called and I still ended up paying for the diagnostic. About a week ago, I heard the screeching sound and my wheel is starting to vibrate rapidly again as I'm breaking which indicates the timing belt is still not properly repaired. When I called them back to look at the work they did on my car considering I am having timing belt issues again, they gave me a number to call and said I could not bring my car back to them. Y'all be careful and mindful of who you allow to work on your cars, not all business believe in integrity and customer satisfaction-this car repair shop is all about getting your money. I would stay far away from them!!!!!

I am a frequent Costco customer and shop there at least twice a week. I have generally had positive…read moreexperiences, but I am very concerned about the food handling practices at the outdoor food court. Recently, I ordered a pizza and a strawberry-banana smoothie. While waiting, I observed an employee preparing food, making smoothies, handling cash transactions, and then returning to food preparation while wearing the same pair of gloves throughout the process. Because I had noticed this behavior on previous visits, I decided to ask about it. I asked whether the gloves were intended to protect customers from germs or protect the employee. The employee responded, "We have a lot of gloves. I just didn't have a chance to change them." That response was concerning. Cash is handled by countless people and can carry dirt, bacteria, and other contaminants. Seeing the same gloves used for food preparation and cash handling defeats the purpose of wearing gloves in the first place. What concerns me most is that this did not appear to be a one-time oversight. I have observed similar practices on multiple visits, which suggests it may be a routine habit rather than an isolated incident. Costco may have food safety policies in place, but policies are only effective when they are consistently followed. Based on what I have repeatedly observed, I am no longer comfortable purchasing food from this location's outdoor food court. I hope management reviews food handling procedures and ensures that proper glove-changing and sanitation practices are consistently followed to protect customers.

I highly recommend this shop! I brought my 1969 Ford Bronco there for a multitude of things including full engine swap, upgrading entire system to power disc brakes and replacing entire interior along with many other things. The quality of work was fantastic and priced very fairly . I was extremely satisfied. To me, it's not just that though. I am in the military and was being deployed to Afghanistan. The guys at the The Bomb Factory not only completed quality work on my rig but also offered to store it for me in there shop free of charge while I was deployed. Now , to me these guys doing that for someone they just met says a lot. Not only are they doing great work but they are great people. If your a car guy as soon as you meet the guys at the shop you will know that they are car people. They are passionate about repairing, restoring and keeping classics on the road. read more

Hands down, the best shop in Nola for your classic car or hot rod! I own two early broncos (1976, 1972) and wouldn't take them to any other shop besides The Bomb Factory. Charles and his team are the real deal, a group of old-school car guys with countless years of experience that charge fair prices. If you want the highest quality work, this is your place. My 1972 was hit by a drunk driver while parked on Magazine street. Charles happened to drive by while I was waiting on a tow truck. New to New Orleans, I had no idea where to send it for repair. I took a chance and sent it to The Bomb Factory. The repair exceeded my wildest expectations. Truly incredible craftsmanship and body work.
