Received an email with a generous discount . The item listed was add to the cart but the code didn't work. I contacted customer service. They said they corrected the problem and to go ahead and use the promo code. However, once you go to the website, the price dramatically changed from $219.99 to $329.99. Also the promo code (RAIN60 for 60% off) didn't calculate at 60% off. It only gave a discount of $24.99. And instead of a free gift with the purchase they charged $8.99 for the free gift. Logan was very knowledgeable and he acknowledged me and helped me out right away which I appreciated because I had originally come in wanting to purchase a new piece. He talked to me and found out I just had an extremely dirty bong and he gave me the Kryptonite cleaner. I picked up some incense too which I loved their selection, it was only $2.50 for 10 sticks and they had scents I had never smelled before and really enjoy in my apartment. I also got a nice bowl piece, not a clear basic one, for only $15. I really appreciate him taking his time with me and they had a crazy selection, it was like a mini art museum. One day I will get the 35k Finding Nemo (my name for it) piece. I left saving money (always appreciate as I am a student) but I'll be back to spend more! I love coming in to look at all the new pieces and great deals they have going on. Every time I visit, they always have sales on a lot of their pieces throughout the store. They also have great variety as well, which is a huge plus. Also, the layout of the store and cleanliness is always on point. The staff members are always friendly and super helpful in aiding you find what you're looking for. I literally came in here to spend money on a new dab rig, the pieces under 100$ (what you sell the most of) were non existent according to your employee. All your guy had to say was "colorado glass" I literally asked him if he was going to let me walk out instead of spending my money, no help, no accommodation, no motivation to sell, no motivation to make money, if someone tells you their budget and all they want is a plain basic dab rig and the employee can't be bothered by finding a solution there is a problem. She told me everything she knows about a product carried in their store and spent her time easily answering my questions.
