I had requested a quote for insurance and after two weeks of miscommunication, calls not returned and contact by a number of representatives, the only quote that I received was one that was higher than what I was already paying for. One advisor stated that he would continue to look for me, but I heard nothing back until I received a message from the owner, Kash Fadaie, who I'd had no involvement with until now. He asked whether we were prepared to move forward with a new quote that I never received Due to my frustration, I told him that in this experience, "the right hand didn't know what the left was doing." Multiple reps contacted me not knowing that the other was already servicing my request and requesting information already submitted. My complaint was legitimate and without aggression, yet Mr. Fadaie promptly responded in the most sarcastic, nonsensical and unprofessional manner.
