Had they done so they could have had the middle initial of the person that was actually being sued, her address, SSN, phone number, etc. A lady I talked with at the company said they send letters to the first three matches that they get in some computer search. This letter caused us unneeded stress. Luckily we were able to look at the actual complaint to realize that they had the wrong person. I think this company needs to be more careful in to whom they send these letters. They do not have to stab in the dark and hope they get a hit. I can only imagine how many people have sleepless nights because of their brand of "ambulance chasing."
