David denied any error on his part of course but gave my wife and me a verbal consent that he would pay us out of his pocket until we resolve the issue. Then the day came when he was going to give us the money and he put his mommy on the phone saying that they are breaking the verbal agreement and that we can sue them because they are covered or insured by their bond.
