I've asked him to call me in a couple of emails recently and they never do and then when I just canceled my auto policy I had a call a different number and I was sent to Africa and asked to speak to somebody in America because he couldn't understand me and finally they transferred me what a nightmare to change my policies. It took three weeks just to get a simple quote, and I had to escalate the matter to her manager just to get it completed. I ended up paying $4,461 for a year of business liability insurance, only to find a comparable policy from another provider just days later--at half the cost. I canceled Navion's policy just 10 days in, and it took them over three months to issue a partial refund of only $2,535. This means I paid nearly $2,000 for just 10 days of coverage--a huge financial loss. To make matters worse, I later discovered that Navion keeps 25% of your premium once you sign, and charges excessive broker fees. These costs were buried in the fine print and never clearly disclosed upfront. In my 25 years of dealing with insurance companies, I've never experienced charges like this upon cancellation. This entire process felt misleading, unprofessional, and like a complete rip-off. I would strongly caution others to read the fine print carefully and consider other options before doing business with Navion.

Very grateful as husband has already racked up a bunch of credit card debt from travel related to his business but couldn't get reimbursed until this coverage was in place.
