Came here as a part of the Hartford coffee crawl. I Ordered an iced coffee , chocolate chip cookie and a fruit salad . Fruit salad was a little disappointing only came with strawberries ,honeydew melon and mint . Coffee was good but They did run out of cream so I had to get my coffee black. Staff were friendly. Service was fast and prices are fair. Cool atmosphere.

I was a bit disappointed when I heard the news that Bop Coffee on Pratt Street closed. However, my frown quickly turned the right side up, when I discovered they opened a new location in Windsor. Bop Coffee's new location is spacious and bright, with plenty of large windows. At Bop they roast their own coffee beans, which is what makes them stand out. They also offer some in house made syrups. The space inside offers bar seating, comfy seating, as well as tables and chairs. In addition to coffee and tea, there were some cakes and muffins. You may also get sandwiches and bowls. On this occasion I got a Salted Maple Latte. My guest got a cappuccino. The salted maple syrup is made in house. My latte was presented in a beautiful terracotta mug that perfectly matches the aesthetic inside. This was delightful, so frothy and rich. The salted maple was warm, earthy and not at all salty. The cappuccino was also a winner. I wish all the success to Bop and their team in their new location.

I finally stopped by Bop Cafe and it's easily my new favorite neighborhood spot. If you're tired of cramped coffee shops where you're practically sitting in the next person's lap, you will love how spacious this place is. It has such a welcoming vibe and plenty of seating options. The Standouts: * Cinnamon Bun Latte: Hands down the best specialty latte I've had in a long time. It actually tastes like a fresh cinnamon roll without being overly sugary. * Bacon, Egg, and Cheese: A classic done right. High-quality ingredients and served perfectly hot. * The Service: The staff here is so kind and genuine. You can tell they actually care about your experience, which makes a huge difference. Whether you're looking to get some work done or just want a solid breakfast sandwich, this is the place. I'll definitely be back!

Loved this local neighborhood coffee shop! Windsor needed this spot! My husband and I will be regulars here!

I can't believe some of the reviews. The coffee is roasted in house, the syrups are from scratch. If they could fit a cow in their (way too small) parking lot they'd probably have fresh milk and cream, too! Went in yesterday for a work meeting and the service was even better than usual. The vibe and atmosphere here is great for meetings, business or casual. My associate and I split a Siphon Pot to start. If you have the time, this is the very best way to enjoy your coffee. It really pulls the flavor out of the beans, on par with a pour over or aeropress, but it's also perfect for sharing. Afterwards, we both got Cortados, which were excellent, and I brought ice coffee back to the office for the man we left behind to run things. He sighed happily after sipping it, commenting that he could tell it was from J René. Why not 5 stars? The food is ok but I'm not a big fan of the pastries I've tried here. They're "fine". Normally my wife will get one and I'll try a bite or two. She's really into croissants and won't get them from here, saying they're a waste of money. The prices can feel a little steep here, especially compared to other good, local spots. Lastly, the parking lot is so tiny and during busy times of day the road can get crowded as well.

This store has 8-10 fuel pumps and a mini grocery store inside. On 8/21/26 they refused to cash any ticket over 100 dollars, and the excuse was they didn't have enough money in the register. Ct Lottery requires all vendors to have 500 dollars in the drawer at all times. Plus, the staff seems unfriendly and unprofessional at the same time. This store is taking in 1,000 per hour and there should be no excuse not to cash lottery tickets that they are selling. Plus, the employees should stay at the check-out station when there is a crowd of customers not wondering around the store acting like they are too busy to do their job and check-out customers. I guess people don't want to work anymore.
