It's not marked and you guess that all the cars directly across the street are PROBABLY where you should go... and once you get inside, and sign tells you that it IS correct. Confusing. Would you be towed? I have a handicap tag and I parked in front of the building to the right of them next to two very large pickup trucks. Wasn't towed, no ticket. Thank God. Fluke? Lucky? Don't know... When we went up the weird little steps... not exactly handicap accessible... it's a fairly dark crowded place with a wide aisle separating tables from the check-in area, a small serving area, the long bar, more tables the stage, and access to the upstairs seating area. The lady that checked us in verified Kim's name in a book even though she ordered her tickets through some app... didn't even need to scan the QR code! We were given our little bracelets and went to find a table... hopefully... as it fills up FAST there! The bar had pretty much run out of food during Boring Bobby, so people need to eat EARLY. The acoustics are pretty good, the bass beat even vibrates the floor! The employees are ALL really nice. Customers/venue goers (whatever you want to call the people that bought tickets) are pretty nice, but have no compunction whatsoever of blocking your view. None. The open floor in front of the stage isn't that big and they will cram themselves on it or block the aisle leading to it, making it hard to get to your table if it's close to the stage and you went to the bar or the restrooms located to the right of the bar. Our server, a white man with numerous tattoos, was rude and disrespectful to everyone at our table throughout the evening. More concerning, I experienced comments and behavior that I perceived as racist and homophobic, and another employee appeared to encourage or support that conduct instead of addressing it. My guests and I felt humiliated and extremely uncomfortable. As someone who has been a loyal customer for a long time and has spent a significant amount of money supporting this business, I was shocked that this was our experience. I invited friends and family expecting a great evening, and instead we left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. If this type of behavior reflects what the restaurant is willing to tolerate, that is deeply disappointing. I hope management takes this complaint seriously, investigates what occurred, and ensures that no customer is made to feel this way in the future.
