But this mall is made of the most unpopular stores you can think of, aside from Macy's I guess. But why would you have to drive away from the strip to go to Macy's when you have a better Macy's at Fashion Show mall? While in Vegas in late June, I stopped through here - mainly for the Macy's location. This mall is in a less than savory section of town and I definitely don't recommend after dark visits.... that said, if you need a quick pair of pants or shirt, it'll do but I would rather stick to the outlets. If this were in my hometown, I'd never go - that about sums it up for me. read more

The Boulevard - New signage - Shopping Centers Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

I have been going here forever! I remember when this mall was the place to be! There were no other malls like this, other than the fashion show and Meadows.. Years have taken its tole on this place but I still really love it. It does have some stores that you can't find at the other malls.( just saying) This place used to be jam packed on the weekends, especially when it was expanded. I believe it was the first to have a real food court. I still go there around the holidays , brings back so many memories. I LOVE THIS MALL. read more

I do not go here very often. It is good only because it is close when I really need something, like for Halloween this year I only needed something I could find at Hot Topic. So a quick in and out process was established. They have all the main stores you would see in a normal mall, except for a Barnes & Noble, which should be a must for all malls in my opinion. Also, they had a lot of stores in the mall that are currently not in use. Emptiness has engrossed this mall very much in a last 4 years I have been here. So nothing fancy. Honestly, the fanciest it has ever been was the day I went and saw Flava Flav baby clothes shopping with a pregnant chick on his arm. That was pretty hilarious. It is just a mall, a very Plain Jane mall. The carnival they had in the parking lot this past week was probably more interesting then the mall itself. But hey, its cheap most of the time and it is something to do on this side of town. read more

I just love to shop here. The best deals at the different stores. Especially around the holidays. It never fails tho, i always get lost. Heehee. I end up on one side of the mall and don't even realize i walked to the opposite side. So busy shopping and going in and out of the different stores. I always have to stop at bath and body, giselle's and m's clothing. Best clothes and really cheap. After all that shopping, needed to stop for pretzels at auntie annie and fresh lemonade at hotdog on a stick. Recommend for all to stop and shop there. They have covered parking and a car wash inside the parking structure. read more

This mall is literally the OLDEST mall in Las Vegas! It's smack dab in the heart of the ghetto. Nobody really comes here to shop anymore because it's so small and outdated. But that's their "mess up"! Deals, Deals, Deals, are written all over this place! I used to come here years ago, to grab stuff others would have paid at least 20-30% more for at the other valley malls. I stop by here periodically, especially during the busy shopping times of the year. The mall basically has all the major conglomerate stores, such as Macy's, JC Penny, Sears, Marshalls, and the tops shoe stores I'm really fond of like Footlocker, Sheikh, Footaction, and Shoe Palace. All the major cell phone providers too. Lots of construction and revamping going on. Looking forward to all the new things in store for this mall. So eventually, you should have no problem finding what you are looking for here. read more

A-OK. Decent one level mall. Stores are on the smaller size, but there's still a diversity of them. Plenty of parking and less foot-traffic here too. It's clean and pretty open for an indoor mall. Sad to see the Boulevard Mall not as crowded n busy like the nearby Fashion Show Mall! In its heydays, this mall was always huzzle n bustle with all sorts of customers. But now it seems its popularity has worn down n some of the new shops r not as appealin or the signs of empty store front rentals has driven some customers away plus the new millennium of internet shoppin has great negative impact too. But I still think BM has great potential n a nice area to shop in. The nearby addition of 99 Ranch, Goodwill, n John's Incredible Pizza Company will hopefully attract more clientele to this area! The South Maryland Parkway Strip is gettin a major makeover n lots of interestin new businesses r startin to pop-up! Hope this will give BM a boost somehow! read more

Two stars bc this would be my last choice to go shopping! However, I end up here frequently to go to the JCP salon. If my hair stylist wasn't here I doubt I would set foot in this place. Store selection has declined as well as foot traffic etc etc etc. I mean what mall can't keep its Mc Donald's?!?! Well I can't be to hard on this mall since I was an out of town visitor....but this is definitely the "Neighborhood" mall. None of the stores were real special....pretty much your basic chains. Examples being.....Bath and Body Works.....Sears.....Macy's.....Hat Club.....small food court......Cinnabon....Victoria's Secret.....etc...I did however find a great deal on some linen Sean Jean shorts at Macy's. I was very disappointed that the JCPenny's was closed and they have put nothing in it's place. It is a supreme eye-sore and the funny thing I didn't really notice until I tried to walk into the store and noticed it was all closed up. As I drove around the mall there was plenty of parking to be found but a lot of "hidden" spots which I know are not good especially if you come late at night. I was also disturbed at the fact that there was a police car located at 3 entrances leading into the mall.....not to mention a heavy security detail inside of the mall. Don't know what that was all about but if that is a daily occurrence at this mall.....don't think I would be coming that often. Eat, Drink, and be Merry my Friends!!!!! read more

There is a fair selection of stores here and it's close to the college, so it's convenient for students. There is covered parking in various areas around the mall itself, and the entrances are dotted along Maryland parkway, some with traffic lights. When I went, most places were locked up, so I didn't get to explore very much. It was 6pm on a Sunday, so I'm not sue what to think of that. This is Vegas after all, and many people work ridiculously late hours even on Sundays. read more

Reminds me of my hometown mall. Less crowded here though and there is plenty of parking. Seems like I am not even in Las Vegas because it is fairly empty. Definitely not a high end mall. There are quite a few empty storefronts especially on the east wing. Lots of security patrolling. The anchor stores are Sears, Macys, Marshalls, and JC Penney. The food court appeared decent. I was too full to try anything though. Most importantly, there is an Old Navy store here. My wife is a fan of Old Navy, and because she normally can buy a lot for less money...well, that makes me a fan of the chain store also. Quality is not bad either for their clothes. Would we come to this shopping mall again? Probably not. Only reason we would is because they have an Old Navy store, and there is no Old Navy at the two outlet malls in town. Who knows though, maybe someone will turn this mall into an Outlet. That may turn this place around cause it looks like it could use a lot of positive changes. read more

Okay this mall is pretty old and there's so Gucci or Prada but it does have the basics: Forever 21, Macy's, Claire's, Hot Topic etc. The back of the mall isn't that hot and the food court changes every time I go. I don't like coming to this mall. It's kind of depressing to see it so empty. This mall is so long, and walking around isn't like a walk at the Fashion Show or Meadows or Galleria. This is a disgusting excuse for a mall! Stupid stores, kids skateboarding and hover boarding through the main walk way like it's a playground, and no security in sight. The actual children's play area is comprised of those Step 2 slides and climbing toys, the things you might see in someone's backyard, not built in play play equipment. Children take their shoes off but parents don't when they walk in the play area and no one enforces this so what's the point? The only somewhat good thing this mall has going for it is the new Seaquest aquarium and, although very cool, I don't think it's worth the trip to this dump. read more

This mall is in the ghetto. On my way to it, I get a lovely tour of little mexico, gang bang central, and the prestigious las vegas towers with barred windows. That being said, it's a typical mall with typical mall stores. From Gamestop, to Dilllards to Hot Topic. For first time shoppers, there is another section to the mall that's kind of hidden if your walking from the Maryland parkway entrance. The stores are hidden away, it's pretty weird, but there's a cute shoe store back there with a ton of stillettos. So guys if you're looking to pick up a stripper that side of the mall is definitley for you!! You can also see Las Vegas' finest PD. strolling around as I'm pretty sure they have a station inside the mall somewhere, yet it still doesn't stop the ghetto trash from fighting and harrassing shoppers. read more

Blegh. Came here to check it out just to get it off my list. Almost ALL the stores are weird pop up shops that belong at a swap meet. Lots of sketchy crap goes on here and shootings aren't uncommon. The Victoria's Secret and Bath and Body Works are TINY. Drive the extra 5/10 minutes and go to Town Square. I feel bad for anyone who works here. Unsafe, no good stores, just bad. read more

Ahhh the Boulevard Mall! It's the oldest mall in the Las Vegas valley and is admittedly seen better days but it's definitely making a comeback! Lots of renovation/gentrification is happening along the entire Maryland corridor and the Boulevard Mall seems to be the centerpiece which is anchoring the entire effort. I love mid century architecture and as a result really appreciate the mall not only for its architectural significance but also what it represents for the entire surrounding community. In the three years that I have lived here, there have been so many changes and it's really refreshing to see that although the mall is maintaining its mid century bones, the renovations and additions are bringing it up to 21st century standards. Although I'm not a big shopper, I love this mall and am anxious to see what happens here in the coming years. read more

This mall has a glut on perfume, jewelry and shoe stores. I like taking my kids here because they have mini rides, 3 for $5. A good deal, and its a fun family nite for them. The rides are at the food court - i rarely venture into the mall itself. Theydo also have a mini indoor freesoft playground near macys. read more

I frequented the boulevard a lot back when all 3 of their original anchors were alive & well,macy's,sears,penny's.So a long time ago.Very sad to see what it's become today.The last two times I went I didnt buy anything because aside from bath & body works,& maybe Victoria's secret there's next to no shopping options.I used to like a store there called m's fashion but not sure if there even there anymore.Walking down the big empty corridors is depressing & a bit errie.One wrong turn & your all alone in a big dark empty hallway that used to be a department store entrance.Creepy.Their trying to revamp the place with a movie theatre which sounds great but who knows how it will turn out since unfortunately the boulevard sits dead center in one of the worst neighborhoods in las vegas.I hope it's a success & increases revenue & foot traffic for this 50 year old mall.Theres an aquarium thats a couple years old & a giant goodwill store which was an odd choice to attach to a mall.And....call centers,very weird.When I think of malls I imagine the smell of cinnabon,soft pretzels,a play place for kids,& brand name stores like they used to have,now it's like two or three brand name stores & everything else looks like discounted crap you'd find at a neighbors garage sale or a poorly stocked thrift store,sad,I love to shop but coming here just isnt worth it for me anymore,its dingy,old,uninspiring stores in a dangerous drug ridden neighborhood,I hope they can turn it around,clean it up so it's a little safer, because of its history,but theres so many other malls in vegas I'll probably pass it up for town square or south premium outlets. read more

The best mall in town during the 90s. An iffy mall in the early and mid 00s. The worst mall in town from 2007 to 2014. Now it's finally coming out of the dark ages. After years of one store shuttering after the other. Years of the Dillard's wing being closed off. Years of fearing for one's safety while shopping here even. The oldest mall in Vegas is now gearing for it's comeback. I may start working here soon (long story), so I for one am quite excited. The Dillard's is finally going to be replaced with a location of John's Incredible Pizza i.e. a combination of Chuck E. Cheese, Dave & Buster's and Gameworks on steroids. The wing around Dillard's has finally been reopened as well. The remodel was beautiful when it was first done but over time the place really did start to look like a correctional facility. Thankfully, a new paint job really livened up the exterior. It seems that they're also seeking to target the demographics of the neighborhood with the new businesses that have opened up recently, which makes me happy. I was worried they would have tried to make the mall all upscale when I first heard of the remodel plans and if that was the case they would have fallen flat on their faces. One major con is how this mall used to be a one stop shopping experience for me, but that will probably never again be the case. Then again, not really any mall or shopping center is a one stop shopping experience for me anymore so I'll just have to deal in that regard. The signs of improvement that have been seen so far have been impressive. Here's hoping it's a success. The Final Verdict Pros: Oldest mall in town and a piece of Vegas history. Undergoing a rejuvenation. Central, convenient location. Cons: Will probably never be what it once was ever again. Return Factor: 10/10. On vacay, a woman such as myself who loves to shop has to visit several malls. So we ubered it over to this one. It wasn't far from the strip at all. I was particularly interested in this mall because it has a CINNABON in it and that is something that I don't have at home. I always have to get it at an airport out of town. This mall has a lot of stores that I have never heard of, but I wanted to go to Torrid, Rainbow and Macy's to look for an outfit to wear later that night. They also have a JCP that surprisingly had a good selection of clothing. So I liked that this mall wasn't packed like the Galleria or Fashion Show but what I DID NOT LIKE were the people at the kiosks that didn't want to take no for an answer. This place is an empty shell. It used to be sprawling with lively people, stores, food, and fun. Now it is a place you run in and out of and pray not to get shanked. The good things are that there are some normal stores that have stayed despite many great stores leaving. The Dillards has been closed forever now and is just blocked off. There is no longer a book store, a pet store, and a few of the jewelry stores are gone. In their places many "hood" stores have popped up. There is even a small Hispanic museum in the wing of the mall that used to be near the entrance to the Dillards as well as a car dealership type place and a furniture store...random... Anyway, there can be good deals to be found in that secret hallway as it houses the Express, Bath and Body Works, and a Victoria's Secret Store. Since not too many people shop there, more things go on sale! ;-) read more

I known this Mall more than 10 years now. New owners and Manager doing a great job . It's now fully rented out with amazing new stores, Tuxedo rental shop, restaurants and entertainments. Valet parking, car wash you name it. Fun and good place to shop. Great prices too, try it . You will be happy you did. read more

The mall itself is ok. Just like most malls. The thing that makes this mall so special is the kids entertainment near the food court. I have been taking my daughter there since before she could walk, and it has become our go to place whenever we can't figure out what to do! They have a train on a track, a spinning swing, and a few other rides, just perfect for kids. Also, it is not expensive at all. Like $5 for 3 rides. read more
