Rose Garage Brewing & Taps - The best fresh baked pretzel I've ever had.

I haven't ever been to the town of Rosalia before until just this past weekend where I exploring…read moresouth east Washington and was making my way to Spokane. Upon entering I knew that this would be a fun, interesting to say the least as I took in the atmosphere and decor of the brewery. I located the tap list thanks to the owner pointing out where it was which was displayed on the counter in pictures for what was on tap. The owner I am guessing was playing cards with some of the locals but once I selected the beer I wanted he came and gave me the chosen pint. I got the impression that he likes to chat with his customers so I was warmly invited to sit at the table where they were playing cards to enjoy my beer and hang out. The owner was involved in his game but not too much to get some conversation in with me. The small town charm that was going on here was nice, refreshing and welcoming and wish that it was always this way to the small towns I visit or like when I go back to where I was raised in Wyoming but know I would not get that reception as I was getting here. I finished my beer and then proceeded to be on my wave after ready to move on to the next stop but not before praising the beer I had and saying goodbye. Oh yes, what was the beer that I had? It was an Amber beer that was quite good and inserted itself into recent memory as being an excellent one in relation to recent beer drinking experiences. The name of the beer was Hotrod. The usual notes were there with an Amber with it's maltiness, some floral, a biscuity presence and maybe a tad of caramel and toffee. The owner did say this was an Amber in reflection to a east coast recipe for Amber Ales which was a bit different and perhaps that's why I liked it so well as it did have a presentation all it's own. Without any hesitation I will indeed be back here to enjoy this awesome brewery!

Only had 3 beers on tap which we liked. I recommend the blonde. My dude recommends the black ipa. Wish they had more of their beers.

Etsi Bravo is definitely a tasteful, mature place to grab a couple of drinks and dance away. In…read moreterms of music, I think Etsi definitely has a more refined play of music as compared to other establishments in Pullman. They typically play EDM and Top 40 music that are usually mixed very nicely. However, music does vary depending on the week. I usually come around during Fridays or Saturdays which is usually the busiest times during the week. Helpful to know if you're the type of person who enjoys the crowd energy! ALSO, if you're a graduate student like moi who may be stuck in Pullman for the summer, Etsi Bravo can be the best bet for being at least decently busy when students are gone. The cocktails can be slightly pricey but the service definitely makes the drinking experience worth it. The bartenders and cocktail waitresses are very friendly and professional.

Very nuanced comments but it just felt slightly disrespectful, biased and judgy. Maybe our excitement was interpreted as being under influence. She was scared that I might puke and we were asked to leave despite an entire conversation regarding the dynamics, although we were just using the restroom for very obvious reasons in between our dance break. It's understandable that she was doing her job, so we didn't want to be a hindrance, but for a club, it was definitely disappointing
