I had three different beers from this brewery by the time it was said and done and to be honest I felt it was a hit and miss experience with the beers. The first one I had was their Chili Lager. The beer was okay but I felt like that this beer didn't have it's own unique personality or flavor profile of it's own. The next beer we had was a Kolsch. This one was better for sure but... just not quite as good as other Kolsch beers I had in the past but it did have it's own signature. Flavors to detect in this beer are a maltiness, a bit of fruitiness, sweetness and a clean finish. The body of the beer is smooth. The next beer is what we liked the most out of the three. That one was the Wild Mild British Mild. This one definitely had a personality of it's own and was tasty and a fun beer to drink. The elements in the flavor profile are maltiness, a slight amount of bitterness and a tad of sweet. It was very well balanced and would be the one I'd recommend out of the three. The staff here were super nice and pleasant to talk with and definitely helped raise the review to four stars.
