I was hesitant at first as I have very dry sensitive skin and waxing can be very painful for me if not done correctly. Nush is always on time with her appointments I've never had to wait. Nush is a Brazi waxing GURU!! She has managed to combine pleasant with waxing... lol who knew you can actually have a pleasant experience getting the most intimate and sensitive parts of your body waxed. Nush did just that for me. With little to no pain at all she was even able to treat my super sensitive skin. Having a terrible experience after waxing for a year with a European wax Center a close friend of mine recommended me to Nush. I went and was so elated when she told me that she was able to remove the hairs European said were "too short to get out." She made me feel super comfortable and kept conversation during my Brazilian which made time fly by and had me not even focus on the pain. I attempted European again, with a different waxer hoping for a better experience, after Nush went on vacation ( don't know what the hell I was thinking) and again was super pissed when I'd seen all the spots that were missed and the horrible break out I had after. It was my first time getting a full Brazilian. I won't say it wasn't painful because for me it was. Nush was super professional, she spoke to me throughout the entire process. She saw that I was having a hard time tolerating the pain and she gave me a squishy ball. Nush also would tell me when to take deep breaths which also helped a lot. It's been two full weeks since getting this service done and only a few tiny hairs have come in. Not bad at all! She asked all the right questions as far as my hair removal routine and skin routine, she gave me so many great tips as far as after wax care and future appointments. I'm a three year customer to European Wax Center but when they canceled on me the day before my appointment, I had to find some where that was available and also used the type of wax that I like. After much searching and reading some many great reviews about The Brazi Shop I went ahead and booked an appointment with Aniusha Ortiz. I arrived about 10 min early and was seen on time. The salon was bright, calm and cozy I loved the ambience. This is going to be my new waxing home. Aniusha is a wonderful waxing specialist; She works quickly, efficiently and with no pain. I hardly notice where she started to when she was done. I'm so happy with the work that was done, the salon is super clean and she disinfected every step of the way(hands, table and no reuse of any instruments).
