I was pregnant and craving a good burger and saw this place had great reviews. We walked in, paused for a second, and walked straight out because it wreaked of cigarette smoke. Food is not that good and expensive for what you get. You can be suspicious when on Facebook they do not allow comments.

This is my favorite bar by far. It feels like I'm hanging out with the family you like every time I'm there. Their food is delicious. Try the green chili queso it's the best. The staff is absolutely amazing and the owners are some of my favorite people. The bar does really cool events all the time like toy drives, canned food drives and this Saturday is their Annual Ugly Christmas Sweater Party! Can't wait!! read more

Came here for the first time I ordered a couple shots of jack and grabbed the cheese burger and fries... while the cheese burger and fries were good I think the shots could have been a lil bit more strong felt like it was a lil watered down... but other then that this place is a great place to come to if you wanna go somewhere small read more

I'm not reviewing this place on its food as I never realized they served food until recently. Lol!! It's a smoky dive bar ad it's fun. It has everything a dive bar should including tons of smoke so if that bothers you don't stop in but come on it's a freaking bar there will be smoke. I've always sought out dive bars simply because I find them more relaxing and friendly. You walk in and someone will start talking to you and before long you feel like you're a regular. The drinks are good and strong so watch out when you go to get up from the bar stool. They have karaoke and pool for those that would rather not just belly up to the bar. It's a fun place to watch the cowboy games if you ever need a spot to do that in. Go and let your hair down and have fun. read more

Gotta hand it to them, Jeremy and Erin are a dream team when it comes to running a place like this. Popped in late Saturday night and the place was full of people. Extremely courteous staff all around and extremely personable. You would think in a bar setting most businesses would understand that half the key to success is being personable and getting to know the customers, it eases any tensions and really increases the fun aspect of it. Everyone at The Break Room has this down to a T, and for me I can definitely say it's worth the 40 minute drive from my house. Even the patrons there were much more friendly than any bar that I have been to recently, at least in the DFW. Everyone was just having a good time, introducing themselves, making jokes, two people even insisted on buying me shots! Highly recommend this place, I will definitely be back. The food is good but this is a bar and the cigarette smoke is pretty heavy. They make their own buns and their burgers are great.

Always a great place to grab a cheap beer and the green chili burger is money. Cig smoke can be a tad much but everyone is friendly

A nice little bar and grill, the best green chili cheese burger in these parts. The drinks are good, the service friendly, but its pool tables leave a lot to be desired. Its small and "cozy" and the Karaoke is to be avoided. But you can smoke in the bar, and at the tables, and no one gives you flack about it. read more

This place is so awesome!! Everyone here is super friendly every time we come. We have been both at night for a few drinks and with our 4 year old for lunch. Great service and nicest customers I have ever experienced as well! I feel like I'm drinking with my buddies when we go there. Absolutely great neighborhood bar! Phenomenal friendly service. Terrific food like wings, fried pickles, and burgers. They have a couple of pool tables, a dart board, and karaoke Saturday nights for those with enough courage. If you don't have the courage, they will make you great drinks until you do. read more

It is ironic that the description states The Break Room has great customer service. I was excited to try The Break Room last night because I had noticed that it was always still open when I drove by at 10:00pm each night on my way home from work. When I walked through the door about 9:30pm on 5/03/2014 there were a few people sitting at the bar and four servers occupying one of the two booths. The servers acted as if I imposed upon them simply by walking through the door. They had no interest in seating me or being cordial. I gave up and left because they were so rude. I don't know if the food is good or not because I didn't pass whatever test is required to be seated and served. read more
