I arrive and am greeted by the owner. He is a dear man and owns the our place restaurant in town, which has tasty breakfasts and phenomenal pies. I delivered a hot fresh pizza to my customer. The pizza smelled so good, that after I finished my last delivery I swing back by and order my own pizza pie! Delicious. That darling man also gave me a free tiramisu! Sir, I might just want to come work for you. You are a genuine and generous soul! Five start experience for myself and my customers!

Service was excellent. When you go in, you order at the counter and they bring your pizza out to your table. The girl who took our order was very knowledgeable and easily answered all our questions. They have a great lunch special that runs everyday, even weekends for $12.99. We both had the special and were able to upsize our pizza to a small for $1.50. The salads and pizza were both delicious and fresh. The pizza has a buttery garlic tasting crust that I really enjoyed. The restaurant was clean and has ample amount of seating. We will definitely be regular customers.

Since we don't live in the area, we're not sure how new it is, but the space itself definitely makes an impression. The atmosphere is awesome -- very moody and chic with a cool, trendy vibe. It feels thoughtfully designed and would be a great spot to hang out with friends if you're not in a rush. We were warmly greeted by the manager and hostess, which made for a great first impression. That said, the experience quickly slowed down -- and I mean really slowed down. First tip: do not go here if you're in any kind of hurry. Service was incredibly slow from start to finish. Our waitress also had a noticeable undertone of attitude, which didn't help the pacing issue. We ordered iced tea, an appetizer, and a salad to start. The salad unfortunately came absolutely drenched in dressing. We also ordered the garlic cheese bombs, which were actually very good -- though by the time they arrived, we were so hungry from waiting that anything might have tasted amazing. There were several small service details that added up. We had to ask for straws, we had to ask for plates, and we even had to ask for ice for the iced tea. We were never offered drink refills the entire time we were there. Everything is served on small appetizer plates, and when our pizza arrived (which was good -- fluffy dough with great flavor), we had to ask for new plates. The response was, "Do you want more plates?" which felt a bit strange. We also weren't given any pizza serving utensils, so we ended up using butter knives to cut it. Overall, this place has a very cool, chic vibe and the food itself has good flavor. However, the service was extremely slow and came with a bit of attitude, which made the experience frustrating. If you're looking for a laid-back evening and have plenty of time, it could be worth a visit -- just don't expect quick or particularly attentive service.

Everything was eaten 100% and was so good! Awesome flavor in everything! The waiter was beyond helpful and friendly. This restaurant is a must to try in Godley. The lunch specials alone are a reason to come every week. I highly recommend coming and at least giving it a try. Everything I have tried is awesome. I don't know what they put in it, the closest thing I can come up with is pickle juice. I don't know what it was but they need to change it. The red sauce is sweet, very thin and lacked any other flavor except sweet. The garlic bread they serve with the red sauce lacked flavor also. we tried to cover up the bad taste of the sauce with Parmesan but it didn't work. The Tira Misu has a good flavor but it was a little dry. I really would like to teach them how to make a good red sauce because they are such nice people. We didn't try the alfredo, i hope it is not sweet also. Some people might like it because some people like a sweet sauce, but this is the reason I stopped eating red sauces in restaurants. Most of them use to be like this. I do eat it now in some restaurants, but sugar should not be in red sauce ever. If it is the tomato sauce they are using that should change also. I am sorry I cannot find something really nice to say about the food. I wanted to like it. maybe Italian food is just not their thing.

It was nice to see the owner, Richie, who is very personable and cares about the food that comes out of "his" kitchen. We ordered the Chicken Parmesan with Ziti, Lasagna, Chicken Dianna, Mushroom Ravioli in a white creamy sauce, and large Pepperoni and Mushroom Pizza. All were delicious and "huge." After attacking our meals, we still have plenty for at least a second dinner for the five of us tomorrow. Pictures attached, Villa Dianna will be closed from July 29th - August 15th to attend a family celebration - wedding. Wishing Richie and his Villa Dianna family continued success.
