Every sales associate I worked with along the way was so patient and attentive. I cannot recommend the in-house seamstress service based on my experience- she was very sweet, but I ended up having to get a second seamstress do additional tailoring based on a concerns that I pointed out during my appointment with the Elegant Bridals seamstress. However, when I reached out to Elegant Bridals about it, they recommended a different seamstress who was fantastic. I was pleased with my experience here and recommended a friend, who just got her dress here too!

She ordered the last dress two weeks before the wedding day even though we had paid her months in advance. The dresses we received, some of them don't fit at all. Even though we gave her our measurements. They fit like they came from Wish. The sizing is so off, like she ordered us whatever size she wanted to instead. Still refusing to refund us, she didn't even offer to help FIX the issues with the dress. The response was all sales final. Go to David's Bridal, you'd get better service and prices. We wasted $118+ from this crook.

I walked in right at 1:30 (as I imagined my consultant likely had another appointment that was ending at 1:30) and was greeted by the front desk and introduced to Tasha, my consultant. Tasha was great. We must have tried on 10 or more dresses in the hour and a half, and I imagine her arms are going to be sore tomorrow from carrying them around but she never said a word about it. I had mentioned that I'm not quite ready to purchase a dress today, as I have already lost 20 pounds and intend to lose another 20 before buying and she treated me with the same attention and consideration as I would expect if I had brought in cash and was planning to purchase on the spot. She was great with getting the dress to fit as intended with clips, lace up backs, etc. and she showed me a few different veils as well to "complete the look". Her eagerness to help me get a picture of what I wanted turned my nervousness into excitement. Seriously. She was awesome.
