Every sales associate I worked with along the way was so patient and attentive. I cannot recommend the in-house seamstress service based on my experience- she was very sweet, but I ended up having to get a second seamstress do additional tailoring based on a concerns that I pointed out during my appointment with the Elegant Bridals seamstress. However, when I reached out to Elegant Bridals about it, they recommended a different seamstress who was fantastic. Even though we gave her our measurements. They fit like they came from Wish. The sizing is so off, like she ordered us whatever size she wanted to instead. Still refusing to refund us, she didn't even offer to help FIX the issues with the dress. The response was all sales final. Go to David's Bridal, you'd get better service and prices.
