The top was quite a bit too big, but it was out of stock in the next size down, and I knew I'd never find anything I liked as much. When I walked in, no one offered to help us and the store was not busy at all. When I finally approached a staff member, they did not have the bridesmaid dress in the bride's file, even though they were supposed to. It was quite a mess to figure out which dress it was but I finally got in touch with the bride. Crisis averted. They gave me the dress to try on (which I do like) and it was a very large size. This disappointed me greatly as I could not tell what the dress was going to look like once it fit (I typically wear a size 0-2). I understand that stores carry large sizes to accommodate a variety of women, but I believe they should also carry a small sample size. The staff members were friendly while taking measurements and ordering the dress but overall I was not impressed by this store. I will not be buying my bridesmaid dresses here for my wedding for a variety of reasons, but mainly because of their location and lack of sample sizes. I want my bridesmaids to be comfortable and know what the dresses will look like before they order them.

They give you 3 hanging tags to put on the gowns you like. They then get them for you. If you still have time in your one hour appointment you can select more. What I did not care for was the trying on area has a row of three( or was it 4?) so you are potentially modelling your dress with other shoppers right next to you. I was waiting in a chair for my people to finish selecting more dresses. While there an employee walked in front of me very close a couple times as if I was invisible. They had me schedule an alteration appt and I really didn't want to go through with them bc I knew they were expensive but I thought the alterations employees could fix this dress. Well they didn't. I had issues with them from the start and once she pinned it I told her it still felt too big I had to continuously hold it together my chest. The waist just felt bulky and you could tell how big it was. Once I came back to do my finally fitting the top felt as though she did nothing to it and the waist look awful bc it was so big. I told her there it was still too big you could see my bra that I was wearing with the dress. She fixed it while I was there but it did nothing!! At this point I was so dissatisfied with my whole experience I was done with her. I had already spend the same amount of money that was spent on the dress. That is ridiculous!!! Especially when you have a bride who is so unhappy. If I could do this over I would never go to them for anything! There is a reason there are class action lawsuits on them. All my pictures from that day you can see how horrible of a job this person did. In pictures you can see what I was wearing underneath the dress my bra would show and I was constantly hold the top to me the entire night of my wedding. If they would have just ordered the correct size and I would not go to them for alterations bc they charge over $500 and there are tons of amazing places you can go to who don't charge almost the same amount as your dress I also would rethink going to them at all.

She has a selection of veils and accessories too. I didn't take pictures in the dressing room, but it was an elegant blue with a nice painting with gold fixtures.
