The animals at Reject Ranch are not just living beings but are treated with the utmost respect and kindness they deserve. Each animal has a unique personality, and interacting with them was a delightful experience that melted our heart. It was wonderful to see how well they were cared for in such a loving environment. A special mention goes to Kady, who was incredibly informative and helpful throughout our visit. Her knowledge and passion for the animals and their well-being were evident, making our interaction both educational and enjoyable. Her kindness allowed us to connect with the resident animals in a meaningful way. Meeting these loving creatures entirely altered my perception of farm animals and emphasized the importance of empathy and compassion for all living beings. We left Reject Ranch with a renewed sense of purpose and a desire to contribute to their mission. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting Reject Ranch. This place made all the difference and allowed us to be close to our son during such a difficult time.

We got to stay there for free, which was incredible due to being right across the street from our son in the NICU. The staff there were kind and very empathetic to our situation, and we got to meet other parents/families who were going through similar struggles. It's a place most people don't know fully about, but when you or someone you know has a child in the NICU, it's amazing that there is this place called the Inland Empire Ronald McDonald House; a place to call home away from home.

When we first moved into our home, he handled a permitted electrical panel project and made the entire process easy and stress-free. He was professional, quick, communicative, and did excellent work. Since then, we've called him back for several other projects, including installing ceiling lights, putting in new ceiling fans, and checking various electrical issues around the house. Every time, he has been reliable, knowledgeable, and efficient. It's hard to find someone you can trust, but David (and Espy's Electrical services team) is definitely our go-to electrician. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality electrical work and outstanding customer service!

From start to finish, this was an outstanding experience. The team is a hardworking family business that takes pride in their craft. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to detail on every install. They were friendly, respectful of our home, and left everything clean and tidy once the job was done. The pricing was incredibly fair for the quality of work we received -- honestly, it's rare to find such skilled professionals who are also so easy to work with. We'll absolutely be calling them again for future projects and highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work in the Big Bear area. Five stars all the way!

Everything went so well she was in minimal discomfort after surgery, her incision healed beautifully. The cherry on top of the experience is the over 1000 dollars I saved by bringing her here instead of the local Vet that quoted me a starting price of 1300 dollars because she is a brachiocephalic breed and could have gone up because they said if challenges arose they could not guarantee the price. So all that to say nothing like that happened here she is happy and so are we.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service at this location. They are rude and give you attitude for simply being there. Almost as if you "the customer" are an inconvenience to them when in fact, they are there to help you and your pet. I called today to get a copy of my original prescription written for NEXGUARD (flea and tick), I provided medication name and the quantity as previously listed on the prescription they have on their end.. I called at 3:45pm and the girl took everything down, told me I would get a call within 24 hrs to go pick it up. Shortly after at 4:24pm (5 minutes before they close) I get a call which I am unable to answer due to work with a voicemail stating they need the medication information and quantity (for how long). I attached images of both calls and the voicemail a worker left me as documented proof. These little details and simple requests should not be this tedious, it is very disheartening to see and hear those girls be rude and dismissive of one's request. I know this will not rectify the situation but I write this in hopes that this does not keep happening in the future.
