I called today to get a copy of my original prescription written for NEXGUARD (flea and tick), I provided medication name and the quantity as previously listed on the prescription they have on their end.. I called at 3:45pm and the girl took everything down, told me I would get a call within 24 hrs to go pick it up. Shortly after at 4:24pm (5 minutes before they close) I get a call which I am unable to answer due to work with a voicemail stating they need the medication information and quantity (for how long). I attached images of both calls and the voicemail a worker left me as documented proof. These little details and simple requests should not be this tedious, it is very disheartening to see and hear those girls be rude and dismissive of one's request. I know this will not rectify the situation but I write this in hopes that this does not keep happening in the future.
