I did the deeper tan that you only have to keep on between 2-4 hours and honestly it was perfect. I liked not having to wait longer but still get that nice deep tan. I kept mine on for about 2 hours and 40 min and it was perfect for me. I highly recommend going for special occasions or not! She was super accommodating and was able to take me early as she didn't have any clients and the appointment lasted about 15 min.

I originally requested a specific appointment day, but they were fully booked, so I asked to be added to the cancellation list. I didn't expect much, but they actually followed through and called me when something opened up -- that small act alone made me feel like they truly care about their patients. As someone who works Monday through Friday, their schedule is a huge plus. They open as early as 7:30 AM, they're even open during my lunch hour at 12 PM, and they offer one Saturday each month, which makes getting care so much easier and less stressful. I have pretty significant dental anxiety, so going to the dentist is never easy for me. From the moment I walked in, though, I felt understood instead of judged. The first visit focused on X-rays and high-tech photos, and everything felt very thorough and thoughtful -- like they genuinely care about the health of your teeth rather than just rushing you through. My hygienist, Angela, was incredibly kind and personable and made me feel comfortable almost immediately. Dr. Shaghasi also took the time to talk with me and reassure me that my fears were completely valid. That meant more to me than I can explain. For the first time in a long time, I'm not afraid to go back to the dentist. I actually feel safe here -- and I'm truly looking forward to continuing my care with this team.

Now let me preface with the fact that I don't get spray tans - this was my second ever I think, but I was pale...pasty pale so decided to try it out. Let. Me. Tell. You. This is a truly custom spray tan. Obviously with how pale I was, I asked for something natural and wanted to just make everything more even than it currently was. Cristina made the whole process super easy and made a perfect fast developing color (I have no clue what it's called) tan for me and my body shape. It was a little scary at how dark it was at first but it turned out to be the perfect, natural bronze color. Cristina explained what I needed to do for the best results and she sold me one of the jumpsuits she has in the salon to make the rest of the day easier while the tan developed. I have been getting compliments since I got the tan and I love it - it makes any look I do better. I was very nervous for each and every one of them but Jeanette has a great way to make you feel welcomed and relaxed. She is able to get my mind off of the worry and enjoy the experience. I have ADHD so it is hard for me to relax and stay still. At first it was hard during the facial but she got me to feel so relaxed that I almost fell asleep. Because I previously told her about my ADHD, she was very accommodating and constantly checked on me to make sure I was comfortable. My skin looked and felt amazing afterwards! I was especially scared for the waxing. I was so nervous but Jeanette was able to calm me down and even though it stung a bit, she was able to deplete the pain very fast. It only lasted a matter of seconds. It looked amazing afterwards and a fraction of the hair grew back and that's when I knew I had to go back to her. For the lash lift I was nervous because of course eyes are sensitive. Jeanette made it quick and easy. My eyelashes looked amazing afterwards! I didn't even touch my eyelash curler for at least a month. The teeth whitening experience was a breeze because by this point I knew Jeanette is excellent at everything she does. The process was quick and relaxing. Immediately my teeth looked ten shades lighter! Even the next day with her instructions, I feel as though they got even whiter. I plan to go back in a month or so to get them even more white! She is very educated and informative on every process on what she's doing and how to properly maintain everything for the at home care. The dentists and hygenists are pretty good at their jobs, esp in preventive care and being punctual…read more However, be aware that the doctors can be condescending, when you get honest with not following their 'rules' like flossing frequently. Their billiing is certainly a mess. More than once I receive invoice that owning them treatment fees, after the visit. Amounts around $200 each time. It can come in after the quotes show an out-of-pocket amount that I fully paid upon the day of visit. There are visits that I checked and was informed that insurance should cover 100%, but no an invoice follows up with $200 owing to them. NO apologies or anything that says the initial estimate was in error. They just go 'you have to pay this amount' period. I use their service for more than 10 years. They were excellent initially. As their patient base builds up, I guess they think they are comfortable enough to pick and choose their patients, in the way they manage their admin office and bedside manners. Issue happens once too many times. I am thinking of switching.
