TERRIBLE PLACE. Left with spots now I need to get faded by other treatments. The worse spa I've ever been to. I choose for a micro needling service to be done. I was left with bruising like skin, bleeding & several blood vessels broken, SEVERE burning sensation. Thankfully I didn't buy any additional packages otherwise I would be charging back from that too. This service was done on April 21st at around 12pm. I've attached pictures below with timestamps of what my skin looks like after the terrifying micro needling experience. As you can see clearly all around my lip, blood vessels were broken and the blood spots all over my face. 9 days after the initial service: I was able to recover and fix the damage with help of other estheticians from other spas. Now I am left with a dark patch as you can see in my last photo dated April 30 which now needs additional treatment to correct. Ive had micro needling done at other places and also inquired other estheticians after this experience, they have all said this is unacceptable and will require further treatment to fix this damage. This spa also claims that it is NORMAL, when as other estheticians said it is not and far beyond normal. Redness is normal after micro needling, but not to the extent of broken blood vessels AND bleeding. Please please please be aware, don't be swayed, looking out for future girls who want to improve their skin and not to be damaged. read more

I had the best experience with Skin Lab! I had microneedling done for the first time a few days ago and I am loving my results! It has only been 5 days since my procedure and my acne scars/dark spots/sun spots/fine line are diminishing. My skin is smooth and brighter! This was my first skin care procedure. My neighbor gets botox around her eyes and bunny lines for years and tells me it's 3 to 4 on each eye and 2 in the middle of the nose bridge. These scammers wanted to unnecessarily inject me double the amount that I asked for. Skip them. The nurse that was going to inject me had the weirdest facial discoloration. Don't Go There!!! I've purchased Morpheus8, some Botox, and 2 syringes of fillers from Skin Lab & Contour on their Black Friday promotion. They never gave me the breakdown of the services that I've purchase. When I got done with my Morpheus8 treatment which I didn't notice any results, I got an appointment for fillers. When I went to my appointment on May8th and talked to the injector, I decided to hold off on injecting any fillers to my face. The guy, owner, told me they will refund me $850. He gave a receipt and I didn't look at it. Since I was in rush to leave the place, so I didn't get a chance to talk to them. When I came home, I looked at the receipt and I noticed they charged me $657.31 for each syringe after discount. The original price was $700. So, they had to refund me $1,314.62. Btw, it's been a week that I haven't still received anything back from them in my account. I got so mad why they didn't refund me the right amount, so I went to their store yesterday and mentioned they didn't refund me the right amount, Banafshe (the owner) told me she charged me $400 each syringe and used Allē which doesn't make sense. Which MedSpa charges $400 syringe of filler and we got into argument. I can't believe how she treated me after getting a lot of services with them. I don't recommend anybody to go there. Their customer service is horrible and even their service. I will take this matter to the small claim court and will get my money back. The service which I never received. read more

I don't recommend the Morpheus8 treatment here - It's been 4 months since my first treatment and I don't see the results that they said would happen. I did swtich between two technicians because one left and the advice given between the two and they way they did the procedure were vastly different. For advice, one technician who left me with a super bruised face recommended Arnica to help with the healing. The second technician told me this was totally wrong and I should have not taken the Arnica. The last two treatments left me less bruised, but I don't see much improvement. They did recommend doing other type of treatments to supplement the Morpheus8, but $3000 after 3 treatments is steep to have to add other procedures also in my opinion. read more
