The hostess explained that the posted hours are "off" and laid out a pretty confusing timeline of how they actually operate: At 2:00 PM: Dining inside officially ends, because the servers stop working. Until 2:15 PM: You can still place a to-go order because the kitchen is technically open. At 2:30 PM: The restaurant actually closes. So, if you arrive at 2:00 PM, you are strictly limited to takeout. It is a bit frustrating to be turned away from dining in a full half-hour before the scheduled closing time just because the staff is already winding down. If the dining room closes at 2:00 PM, it would be a lot easier for everyone if they just updated their posted hours to reflect that.
