Although they are very busy (for obvious reasons), they promptly replied to every email, text message and phone call. They went above and beyond to serve as referee, counselor, mediator, and fixer. I cannot accurately describe how reassuring it is having a go-to (or two) to put out any fires or better yet, prevent them before they started. For brides-to-be, you will not find a better planner with more solid contacts in the industry. For grooms, cut the check! I ordered a Premium floral arrangement and received a Standard one…read more This seems to be a common occurance when ordering flowers for gift delivery. I always ask the recipient to send me a photo. The arrangement sent, in addiiton to it be a scaled down version of what I ordered, didn't look anything like what I ordered. Instead of roses and mini-carnations, they sent a bouquet of daisys. Pictures below. I ordered by phone and made a special point that I expected the arrangement to be of Premium value and close to what I ordered. They assured me no problem. When I saw what was sent I called, asked for the owner, and asked for a partial reimbursement at the very least to the Standard pricing. After being "talked over" by the owner, he finally begrudgingly agreed. He claimed it was "fair and equal value". I can assure you it wasn't even close. Beware!

If you are visiting Scarsdale, let me be the first to welcome you. For good breakfast there is Martine's bake shop and Parkway cafe. For the best sandwich's in Scarsdale, look no further than Buon Amici just down the street from the train. If you want to walk around someplace, Scarsdale is the place to do it. It is a cute town with a park visible from the Starbucks. If you are a commuter, Scarsdale offers a variety of parking options. Just ask around and people will gladly tell you the options you have. There are also bike racks located at the station so you can park your bike. As always, make sure you secure your bike.

Having been here several times I haven't seen it manned with actual customer service employees, but maybe bc I've only been up during weekend. What makes this slightly better than average is: 1) there are a number of shops and restaurants right across the street and within a walkable distance to the train station, so if it's within normal business hours and you need to kill some time either waiting for the train or a ride, there is some respite from simply waiting on the platform. 2) in the winter it's helpful that there are a couple waiting rooms on the platform that are heated, so you don't need to stand outside in the freezing cold.
