Could I rank this lower than one star?? I would. For those of you that won't read a long review... here's the short story: service sucked, they gaslighted me when they got my order wrong, wildly inefficient in ordering made you pay BEFORE the meal and then also kicked us out after we told them their signage for their specials was wrong. Avoid, leave, run... don't go. So many better places to go, I had a large group and none of us will ever go back. First of all... sat down to order which took 20m. They got our drink order, then came back and took our food order, THEN came back to make us pay for our food individually which meant she had to get our food order AGAIN! Took 20m to just get our order. Then, they had 3 specials on the menu... none of which they had available. One special hand out of a burger they don't make, a hot wings challenge they don't do anymore but have signs for and a sign out front advertising a burger they don't have available. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it came out fried. Which was not on the menu. Then they told me the chef made it right and that everyone loves it fried so I should just eat it. When I asked for something different she said they would charge me for it. Another friend had her burger and it made her stomach upset for 3hrs afterwards. We leave, make a comment about the sign outside that said they don't have the specials they are advertising and they said they just don't have it "today". Which means you still don't freaking have it!?! So take the sign down it's false advertising. Then the server just said "it's fine. Bye." And closed the door in my wife's face. Soooooo... never going back. You shouldn't either. If I could give it negative stars I would. read more

Located in the Tivoli park center. Very large burgers and fries. These went well with a local beer. Basically, one of the vendors in a very large food hall. Friendly staff and pretty good lunch. Better then average, and met our needs. We people watched all of the many bicycles going up and down the strand. read more

Tasty burgers and fun location near the water. We ate outdoors so we had to protect the chips from the seagulls but it was worth it!

Tiny place but a hidden gem. Right by the Spanish arch. Stop in on your tour. Right next to Jurys Inn. Burger was huge and delicious. The chicken wings are rather expensive and not that unique. Flavorless. Garlic Mayo was delicious though. The weight was a little long. But it looks like it's a two-man show. read more

Wow, was that a good burger. This is a small place near Spanish Arch that has friendly people working and a good vibe. I ordered the Texas Burger and it was really, really good. Smashburger style. Would highly recommend. read more

Definitely one of the better places to get a burger. The chicken sandwich was ok. The sweet potato fries were fantastic. I'm really quite picky with those fries and they were very, very good. It's a very, very small location. It sits around 12 people total. You order and sit downstairs and the food is made upstairs. The chocolate shake was good, too. read more

Have been here a couple of times and the staff are always super welcoming and knowledgeable of the menu. The market for good quality burgers has grown in the past few years in Galway with new primarily burger based restaurants opening up quickly and competitively. I would choose Burgerstory over the rest of them solely based on its great value and quality. It's great to see chips/fries included with the burger meals in this restaurant unlike a lot of others where you would pay separate for each. The burgers here are extremely tasty as well are the fries/chips! The only issue I have is that there isn't a lot of seating so some days you could be unlucky if you decide to go here on a busy day. read more

Good veggie burger (with Haloumi, miam!), and ok meat cheeseburger. The buffalo fries were great (kinda undercooked) which is a shame as it's otherwise a small and cute place to go to for a bit of American flavours inbetween Guinness. read more

Location of the joint is good. Waited about half an hour for a chicken burger chipotle which costs 9€, 5€ for an apple cider. At the end of 30 minutes (from the behavior of the waitress), I figured they forgot to place my order. I was really excited to try this place and see what they have to offer. Disappointed. AWESOME burgers and now that fries are included with a burger, great price! Very friendly staff and small so if you're going at peak time you might not get a table but so worth it. Milkshakes are good too, but the winner is the cheeseburger and fries. Reminds me of home in the US! read more

Our bus tour driver recommended this place when I asked for a good burger joint. It was an easy walk from downtown to the Spanish Arch. When I asked for directions we discovered we were across the street from it. I had the Damnation burger and highly enjoyed it. Their fries were great but I couldn't finish them all. read more

This burger place is delicious. It's small but the turn around is quick. Great selection of burgers, loaded fries, shakes and wings. They also have shakes some done 'hard shakes' with a shot of Jaeger! Oh my! The best is the music. Awesome soundtrack read more
