What a great find! Lovely local atmosphere and the Fish n Chips are delicious!! I would've enjoyed some more local music playing, but that does not take away from this gem

Came here while in vacation, n we weren't disappointed ! The food here is great and we especially loved the chicken wings :) decorations inside were super pretty and the customer service was good too, If you happen to be nearby please come!

Decided to try this place before going to a show because it had good reviews on Yelp. The place is very nicely decorated. I love the different types of grapes drawn on the wall for the different types of wines. Very unique! It was fairly crowded when we came during dinner time. We were seated and served relatively quickly. We ordered 3 steak sandwiches and 2 burgers. The burgers were great. However, the three of us who got the steak sandwiches were disappointed. We were asked how we wanted the steak cooked (1 medium, 2 medium rare) but they all came out well done. There were also a couple of ingredients listed on the menu that came with the sandwich that definitely weren't on the sandwich. Menu either needs to be updated or ingredients need to be added onto the sandwiches.

    Fantastic fish and chips!!!!

Spent our 20th anniversary staying in Salthill, Ireland near Galway. Awesome vacation spot generally, but our absolute favorite place was O'Reilly's Bar and Kitchen. The food was wonderful (best fish and chips I've ever had!), the traditional music was beautiful but didn't impede conversation, and the bartenders and wait staff are some of the very nicest people I have met anywhere - as well as being truly excellent at their jobs. We loved it so much that I had their fish and chips and my wife had seafood chowder three nights out of the six we were in Salthill. Many thanks to Mary, Jason, Aiden, and the rest of the staff at O'Reilly's . . . if we were closer, you'd get sick of seeing us, and we'd have to explore more of the items on the menu!

Friendly staff. Good food. Chill atmosphere. We were in Ireland in part to get married and they set us up with a nice drink.

Wonderful burgers, large and flavorful. My husband had the pork belly. These were both great with a Guinness. Service was excellent!

If you can, book your reservation online because it gets pretty busy. It's nice and cozy inside and…read morethe staff is very kind and attentive. As you're seated they bring you a complimentary bread basket with a variety of breads. There was one that I think was a pesto bread and it was delicious! All the food was good but the stand out for me was the Galway bay muscles. I don't know what they put in that cider cream reduction but I had to ask for extra bread to scrape that bowl clean! It's because of these muscles that I ordered muscles from every other restaurant I went to on my trip but none of them can compare. If you're in the area definitely check them out!

We were seated at a lovely table alongside a window so were able to watch the street activities with the off and on rain of early June. The broad menu tempted us to share starting with the delicious crab claw appetizer-about 6-8 small crab claws served in a buttery garlic sauce that you pick up and eat. Next we enjoyed the savory Caesar salad absolutely loaded with crispy bacon on a bed of butter lettuce. We split a 8 oz. Beef filet for our main and chose the rich whiskey peppercorn sauce as the topping. The meal came with fries/chips and there was fresh bread throughout the meal. There's a nice wine list and drinks menu. The frozen "parfait" with chocolate and baileys (more like a slice of ice cream) was a fitting end to the meal. We parked at the city lot at the market which has only a few minutes walk away. Recommended
