Perfect! Just the way we like it, we ordered two, a side of fries, a beer & soda water. A few minutes later our food was delivered, on my first bite I noticed a ton of chopped onions in it. The waitress was busy & I was patient. When she came back I explained I was allergic to onions. She picked up the plate & started walking away while I was still talking. I asked if I could order something else. Her response was "Don't you just want me to have them make you another one without onions?" ‍ Sure. Then my 16 year old and I were getting in the vehicle and a big truck came within inches of us at a ridiculous speed for a packed parking lot!! He was at least 4 inches from me. The concert was amazing, as always for train but I've never been in a facility with so many entitled, self-centered people with no regard for anyone. Couple this with the dangerous exit, you might want to hire experienced people for a concert that is sold out!! The staff were very nice though!! And there were other positives such as clean bathrooms. Do something about the safety when leaving before someone gets hurt!!!

Impressive contrast between the patty's crusted exterior and still-juicy interior. Arguably overdone on the outside, but I'll take that all day every day as long as the juiciness is there. Moderate amount of butter on the Texas toast standing in for rye. Somewhat-traditional condiments, but with a few liberties taken (caramelized onion, cheddar jack, bacon). Not elite, but solid enough job and probably among the better patty melts I've had on my recent quest. -- CH Cheeseburger: Tried twice, this wasn't just a good cheeseburger for the 'burbs or a good cheeseburger for a brewery. This is a good cheeseburger, period, and a very good one. They got the job done. -- Beer: I like their offerings, led by their flagship Juice Freak, served properly in attractive glassware. I have other breweries with beers I love, but none of them has a burger I love, and I'm already falling in love with this one. Service was excellent every time, once at a table and twice at the bar.
