    Conch fritters

This place is such a gem. Saw it on the map and decided to give it go. One of the best food stops on our trip for local foods. Highly recommend the grouper and fritters. Service is usually just one person helping or you can get to go. We got chicken pasta to go and that was great too. No AC but they have fans and covered area to eat. Feels good. Price is great.

    Salad

Already hit the major "Fancy" restaurants and the one on the side of the road was may favorite! Had the today special which was amazing! Sugar Momma had a salad which reminded her of salads in Greece! Fresh and flavorful! Need more time here!

    Menu for the day

Such amazing food for such an incredible service experience. The ambience was incredible for a local joint - great service, outdoor seating with simple accommodations bc the food is beyond worth the air conditioning absence the food is was all 10/10 fish curry, shrimp salad, chicken Sammie, chicken tenders, jerk chicken and beans n rice. This place is so incredible- you should make any effort needed to get here! Get the dessert too!!!!

The is a very casual place that many locals eat at. It is a true hidden gem with great food. The whole snapper and coconut curry grouper are both delicious. I also enjoyed the conch fritters. We can't wait to go back.

    Enjoying our lunch.

There is live music, at least the Saturday night we were there, lovely background music. As for the food, I have not had a bad bite. It's the Cracked Conch, so you have to try conch. We had the ceviche, which was delicious, light and refreshing. For mains, my husband had the fish special, a tuna, cooked rare, spiced perfectly. I had the crab cakes, lightly fried, and delicious. We never eat dessert but tried the apple, it was a beautiful white chocolate green apple, with an apple, cream, crumble filling. Beautiful and tasty! Definitely worth a visit!

But this was worth the cab fare. My family agreed that grand cayman has the best bread baskets and cracked conch was no exception. It was a big basket that disappeared pretty quickly. We started our meal with cracked conch , which we figured had to be good here. I loved conch when visiting the Bahamas and Caribbean growing up but it was the last thing I ate in my teens before getting super seasick on a boat and then my conch days were over. I decided I could give it another shot 30 years later and it was delicious. We also shared a delicious Cesar salad to start - the only type of salad my kids eat so we had a lot of them during our vacay. For my entree I went with the conch chowder and octopus. I ate all the octopus (delish) but that filled me so had just a little bit of the conch chowder which was pretty good. My husband also raved about his mahi mahi. My kids ordered off the "big kids" menu and went with the wagyu beef and frites which they seemed to like. They had been eating seafood all week so this was a nice change for them. Our waiter was very on top of his game and great with the kids- probably because he has 5 of his own. We thought the service was great everywhere in grand cayman and this was no exception. This was our last dinner in GC and I think we saved the best for last

Ms. Piper's is right next to the Hampton Inn. The taxi driver recommended it when she dropped me off, and the front desk helped me secure a reservation. I was seated quickly after a pleasant greeting. Even though there were empty tables, the ones that were occupied had smiles and joy on people's faces. The place definitely lives up to its slogan, "share the love" -- I felt it. I started with a cocktail called La Vie en Rose, which was especially fitting since it's one of my favorite songs to sing. My server, Juanjo, was friendly, always smiling, and gave me great recommendations. It was a very relaxing experience. Watching him move around his tables, I noticed he was smiling even while clearing dishes. He moves with vitality and lifts the energy of the whole place. I told him so. The butterfly snapper was beautifully done -- both taste and presentation. The croquettes were tasty with the sauce, and the pepper had just enough spice to remind you it's still a pepper. A good combination. I ended the meal with a cup of rooibos tea. Highly recommended. There are so many dishes to choose from -- and the meal I had was definitely too much for one person!

I hadn't made any reservations for the first night since I didn't know if we would be up for going out. Or at least I thought so until ms pipers called to confirm our reservation. Our family of 5 agreed that everyone was up for dinner out. Ms pipers was a short cab ride from where we were staying on 7 mile beach. The atmosphere itself is super fun and the live music really added to it. We started with drinks (glass of Reisling for me) and a few appetizers. We shared Mediterranean plate and hamachi (yum) appetizers. For our main entrees 2 of my kids ordered the Smashburger and my son and I both ordered the shrimp with sourdough bread. And my husband went with the Korean bbq ribs which were quite delicious from the few bites I enjoyed. The shrimp was also one of my favorite meals in grand cayman. Everyone wanted dessert, but my son was begging to get home for the bears game so we got the dessert crepes to go which were SO good. Highly recommend if visiting grand cayman!

They have 3 different seating areas. For breakfast, we sat in an area that is traditional diner style. There are booth options and bar seating. We sat at the bar and you get a direct view of the kitchen staff. They were working so diligently and efficiently! It was impressive. The service was fast and everyone was very pleasant. The place was busy with guests dining in AND constant to-go orders were being fulfilled. Despite how busy things clearly were, the service was awesome and so was our breakdown. My husband and I shared the breakfast skillet with NY strip. He also ordered a pancake on the side. It was very fresh and really good. It is a really large portion so sharing it was not a problem. They have large TV's above the bar seating so that was nice. We went back for dinner and sat in the legendz bar seating area. This area is set up like a traditional bar with bar seating, high top tables, etc. There are TV's everywhere which is really nice for sports fans. It was very busy but again, the staff were very attentive and provided great service. I ordered the stir-fry with steak and my husband ordered wings. Although the portion sizes were great, we didn't find these dishes to be as wrap done as the breakfast. It seemed to be more of a fast casual style - so the meat seemed more chewy like perhaps it was reheated. It was still a great experience and I would recommend you checking them out!
