I don't know if there would have been some options for toppings on my sandwich had I been at the truck ordering, but I felt it was kind of lacking and needed more sauce, or more toppings of some kind. The chicken was really good though, just kind of a basic sandwich. My family's burgers all looked really good though, so if you ever find yourself at this food truck you might go for the burgers - they really looked amazing and I know they all enjoyed their food.

I looked for local coffee shops and noticed that Craft has matcha, so off I went downtown! The atmosphere is really nice, though I felt like I was making a lot of squeaky noises as I walked inside. There were also tables outside and it was cool enough in the morning to sit, but there were several groups there so I stayed inside. I ordered a 16 oz iced matcha latte with almond milk and chatted with the cashier about it being my first day in McPherson. She was very friendly. I sat down at a table and watched the Tour de France on my phone while enjoying my matcha, watching many people come and go, happily enjoying their beverages. This is a very nice find in town!

We consulted Yelp to find a decent one in McPherson, since we aren't usually in the area, and found Culver's Wines & Spirits. Located in a strip mall, it looks pretty basic from the outside. The strip mall itself I remember as being a bit run down but nothing too terrible. The inside is fine, it's a very normal liquor store that has I'd say an average selection of craft beer, wine, and liquor. We were hoping for some local brews and we found some, though the selection wasn't as robust as I was hoping. All in all it's a very decent little liquor store and will likely suit most folks needs.

You'll see a lot of farms on the way. Pretty scenic and great for photography. Once you get there, you enter and one of the owners greets you. She's written quite a few books. I think they were about women pioneers and Bison (not necessarily related). They have a lot of COOL knick knacks, from Bison "rugs," skulls, photos, and paintings. We were there more for the food. They sell jerky, ground bison, steaks, etc. They have a local herd and you can see them, but you don't get up close :( They have a neat pumkin maze of some sort in the Fall, which we missed. We may be back in the fall to do the maze and plan to order their goods online. We enjoyed the meat products. They're frozen, so, they last a long time in the car.
