But since this place is named Banh Mi Boys, I'm assuming their sandwiches should be the star of their menu. Let's see! I bought it as take out. So if you want patè, you need to ask. My preference would be to have more of the pickled veggies. The pickled veggies must've been made in house. It tasted fresh and crunchy. I guess what I'm use to with the California Banh Mi is a little different. I'm use to deep marinade into the meats but this will do for now since it's a soft opening. A bit too charred for me on the meat but then again Texas region they like that sort of stuff in their bbq. So I take into account that the cultural influence in the area.
