New wing place and I would love to go again! I was never a big fry lover but recently after my pregnancy I crave French fries. This place does not disappoint! Their fries are perfectly fried and seasoned. My husband chose the mango habanero and wet garlic parmesan wings and they were delicious. The inside of the establishment was nice, good to see some new businesses in Killeen. My food took about 15mins and was hot and fresh the wings are pretty big, sadly that was the best part of the experience. The hot honey lemon pepper was a decent flavor, i couldnt really taste the lemon pepper and the hot honey was somewhat bland. This was my first time ordering garlic parm wings (so take this with a grain of salt) but i did not like them at all, there was not enough flavor, so I ate like 2 of them. The fries were hot and crispy and seasoned good. This is a new establishment so hopefully this was just a one off. If you want your wings crispy make sure you ask for extra crispy because mines were a little softer than I like. read more

Food was great! I tried the 6 Bone-in Wing Combo, and got the Hot Honey flavor, with ranch dipping sauce. It was sweet with a slight kick of flavor. Food didn't take long to receive. I'd give it a 9/10! As far as esthetics, it was pretty chill when I went, which was around 5pm. They played some classic hits while we ate. They have both booth and regular high chair sitting. I've searched practically every crevice of Killeen for a good wing spot and this one did it. Only tried two flavors this visit : Hot Honey Lemon Pepper and the Hot Lemon Pepper. Both brought the heat and flavor but the Hot Honey Lemon Pepper took the gold medal. The size of the wings are perfect, honestly, a 6piece combo would have more than filled me up, but I ordered the 10pc to try two flavors. Ordered the Garlic Parmesan Fries and the Regular Fries. The Regular Fries were outstanding, crispy and flavorful. Not a fan of the garlic Parmesan fries. I wasn't a fan of the ranch either. Can't describe what I didn't like about the ranch, but thankfully enjoyed dipping my wing in the Hot Honey sauce the wings were covered in. Will definitely be back to try more. Hope this review gives a fair judgement. Always seen it passing by so decided to try. The place was clean with adequate seating and a bunch of TVs. Only 1 bathroom at the time which could be maintained better. The staff was pleasant and the wait for the food was typical of anywhere that makes wings fresh. Menu items all looked good. I had the 6 piece wings meal with spicy ranch dry rub. I can't say it was bad but it just wasn't for me. The wings seem a bit over done and dry. Maybe a sauce would be better a I'll try that next time. I also felt like the seasoning was a lil over done and could still taste it on my breath like 3hrs after. I would frequent this place more often because my first experience was good. I ordered online to pickup and my order was ready. I did have to ask for my blue cheese and hot honey. Never got the hot honey but it wasn't like I was charged for it so I didn't trip. Wings were great and they do have an option to get all flats or all drumsticks. I got all flats. First visit, wings were FIRE. Went back a couple days later like 2 or 3 lol and ordered ahead, all flats. Got notified my order was ready so I went inside and my order was not ready so I waited around. Got my order, got in my car and out of 15 wings I had maybe 4 or 4 flats. You're charged extra for all flats so that wasted my money and then all of my wings weren't seasoned. The picture is from my second visit. Of course the order was rushed but I'll wait for my money not to be wasted. I was hungry and already waited over 30 mins so I just took it and left. I'll try again but I wish they were consistent. It's only been 2 visits so I'm going to try again because I know they can be really good. I never ate there but while waiting inside on my second visit they play some great music. They have TV and plenty of seating. I'd say give it a try. I'll try again and change my review accordingly. read more

I have been waiting for this place to open for a while now. My wife and I were out and about and were feeling hungry. I noticed Mad Wings was finally open. We decided to give them a shot. Very glad we did. My wife had the wet garlic parmesan boneless wings, and I had the peach chipotle traditional wings. The wings were large and cooked perfectly. The sauces were delicious. The price was reasonable for what you get. The staff was helpful and informative. There are a lot of sauce options to choose between, bone in and boneless options. They have combos and sides to choose from. So glad they are open, so glad that I don't have to drive halfway across town to get wings. We will be back......often. read more

Love how the wings did not have crazy breading. They allow you to taste sauces before committing. Fries could have been fried a little longer or it may have gotten softer on drive home.
