I felt very good about supporting this small family business. I was amazed at how many different types of cuisine Melrose International offers. We ended up having Mexican and Filipino food with gluten-free and vegetarian options. Rosalinda was even willing to make a garlic-free meal for one guest who can't eat garlic! The enchiladas and Mexican rice were my favorite dishes. Rosalinda and her employees worked very hard, including cooking on a grill outside in the hot sun at our reception venue. Her staff was efficient in serving food and even put the leftovers in containers we provided. One bit of advice: make sure to read over the detailed order list Rosalinda provides.
