I agree with the awful customer service. I was just in there and it's 930 pm on a Thursday. There was one customer inside, one customer went in right before me, and the employee waited for us to figure out between us who he should help. There were two people counting PILES of cash taking over a whole counter - so unsafe. And unprofessional. They either have a fake phone line or no phone because they've never answered. The employee was paying no attention to any of the customers because I guess he wanted to make sure that the cash count was right or something. I don't know. Their prices are ridiculously high, literally eight dollars higher per item than I pay at three other shops. He couldn't wait for me to get out of there and I was the last person to help. I was super nice and tried to talk to him and get a rapport going and he was just a jerk. I imagine the young woman counting the money was the owner or manager I don't know, but she was rude also. Oh! And I literally told him what I was there for three times and then when I asked him how much it was, he asked me what I was talking about. I won't support this place's price gouging just because they think they're in a good location. There's a place 25% less expensive up the street two blocks open 24 hours; Murrieta smoke shop. Best prices I've found recently and signs posted of price to be paid for any customer. Many different selection options. The store cashier and salesman was extremely helpful and nice. He even asked if he could open the package of the vape to have me test that it worked properly. Clean shop with great prices and selections. I drive about 15 minutes to this smoke shop! I pass about 3 other smoke shops just to come here. The reason why is because Roy and his staff treat you right as a customer. They literally have EVERYTHING!!! They open early and stay late everyday! Price is fair and I don't mind paying the extra price knowing the products they have are 100% good! This place is absolute garbage! I came in 5 mins before close for an elf bar and he took advantage and charged me $28 ! I asked him why so expensive and he said because I was using card, so I asked him if he had an ATM and how much it was.. and he told me that yes he usually does $20 cash for the elf bar and the ATM was only $3.50... but the minimum I could take out was $40 He then called me a "broke A**" and said if I didn't have the $28 that I didn't have to buy it knowing that they were the only head shop open and about to close. These guys are master scammers and that's why they removed their Yelp account from the Apple Maps. If you're seeing this, don't come here! I've heard bad things about this shop but haven't been stupid and desperate enough to actually come here. BIG Mistake! read more

I don't usually write these, but this guy working at the counter had no social or customer service skills at all. It was my first time coming to this place. Right when I walked in, I saw him and I said "hello I'm looking for a grinder" He looks at me, walks into the back for a little and comes back with his phone and not making eye contact with me at all. He walks me over to the grinders, then I grab one more item. The tax was a little high (which I totally understand considering the area) so I politely declined and said I would go to another shop. That was it, I wasn't asking him to change the price or anything, I just said "Aw I'm sorry I think I'll go to another shop" and I'm about to walk out, he says, "so you made me do all that for nothing?? That's how tax always is". But I wasn't saying the tax was bullshit or anything, I just politely told him "i think I'm gonna go to another shop :)" and that set him off I guess. I knew from the minute I walked in and he left to get his phone, the service was gonna be awful. Probably not an awful shop, but just him in particular. Cheers. read more
