Almost everything is sold out by Saturday. You can call ahead to place an order or even ask her to set aside something. You cannot sit down and eat (small bakery.) The first time was for a french macaron that I happened to notice when I walked in and figured I'd try it. It was mango. The only flavor left, but it was delicious. Second time I came back for the macarons which were all gone. I decided to go with some vanilla cupcakes with buttercream frosting and chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter frosting. I don't like frosting because it's either too sweet or tastes way too fake, but this frosting was amazing! Melts in your mouth and just has this wonderful flavor. The cupcake itself was moist and flavorful. I also got some oatmeal cookies, which my fiancé scarfed down and said they were the best he ever had. Third time I came back and she had the macarons this time. I got pistachio, mango, strawberry and a couple more that I couldn't quite figure out the flavor. Maybe fruity pebbles or passion fruit? I also got an assortment of cookies and more cupcakes! Yesterday, after the order went in effect for masks to be worn in all establishments, I saw two people patronizing the store without masks. The cashier rang them up without a mention of them not having a mask on. She could have at least advised them that they needed to have a mask on the next time they visit. I then questioned her and she rolled her eyes at me. I quietly asked for the manager and walked over to a corner to wait. The manager finally came over and raised her voice quite rudely. I was trying not to cause a scene in front of the other customers, but apparently she didn't consider that. First she told me they didn't see the unmasked people. Which was untrue as the cashier looked right at them when ringing them up. She then yelled at me stating that even though it's posted on the door and is a requirement she will not be asking anyone without a mask to put one on. "I don't want to lose business". Lose business? She is putting all her employees at risk and every customer who walks in. Her rudeness was quite unbecoming and unprofessional. If your health, the health of your family, and being a compassionate, responsible member of the community is important to you...This shop is one you will want to stay away from.

We arrive at the Party site....mission accomplished...sort of. As I exited the Truck, the family dog, a very excitable short haired German Pointer met me at the door. I got out to greet my niece I had not seen yet (leaving the door open) A moment later, I heard DOG and CAKE in the same outburst. You can do the math. Luckily, his damage (and taste of cake) was not a total disaster. My niece was upset, we assured her....we will fix it....not knowing if we could. Back on the road and put in a 911 Call to Whipped Sweet. Getting later in the day...there was no time for another cake. We arrive, Owner says...."this isn't bad...I can work with this, we expected much worse." She says " give me 10 or 15...be right back". The theme of the Cake was "One happy Camper". She sliced away the areas affected by the Dogs sweet tooth and created a river/waterfall of icing down the front of the cake. It looked amazing. She wanted no additional compensation....obviously a gratuity was in order. You just don't get that type of service these days....The cake and cannoli's were delicous.....and the shop had another story to add to the list. My colleague had a coffee with espresso shots and he said it was really good and had a rich taste. It didn't take long to get our drinks and even tho we didn't eat any of the snacks - they looked amazing!! She also does a neat little thing- for example, I can buy a cup of coffee or anything really and leave it on the wall for a police officer, school teacher, or for anyone who needs a coffee and can't afford it.
