This man didn't say Hello to us nor did he tell us his name. He was very unsure about what he needed to do with our paperwork we were there to have served. He took an unreasonable amount of time to process the paperwork. Then came time for payment, which he also didn't know how to do. I proudly presented my U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs picture id with its "Service Connected Disabled" on it as well as my branch of the U.S. Armed Forces I had Served in also on it. Then this Reno Carson Messenger Service employee refused to honor any Veterans Discount let alone the one we had been quoted on the phone when the appointment was made when I pointed out we had been quoted a 10% Veterans Discount when we had called to make the appointment but it was not on their bill. We took our paperwork and their bill with no Veterans Discount on it and we left because we refuse to support all who refuse to support Veterans or fail to support Veterans.
