I felt a sense of comfort to see women and men of all ages, sizes and ethnicities. There's a wide range of classes and times which is also helpful as a working mom. Another fun perk is that she has other instructors come in and they teach yoga, Pilates, etc. & my favorite is that after class there are vendors with yummy lattes. Oh and BEST PART?? THERE IS A KIDS ROOM!! I can workout and not have to pay a babysitter! Overall 10/10 experience!

I signed up for the 5:30AM HIIT Bootcamp sessions, twice a week, 45 minutes long. This is the only time my new baby is asleep and I could get out of the house for Me time. Studio 30 has classes of different types, lengths, times and days of the week so there really are no excuses to sign up! They even have a playroom to bring kids along while parents/caregivers get some fitness in. So cool to see kids cheering on their parents while they work out. I started as a complete beginner, 8 months postpartum. The class is intense, but Cathy makes sure that you are moving at your level. I always felt it was most important to SHOW UP AND DO YOU BEST, to make the most of your class time. Participants are of all ages, shapes, and levels and I always felt comfortable to ask how to properly do something or help would be offered. Contact Studio 30 ASAP to try out your first class, and you'll want to keep going back, even if that means waking up before the sun to get some sweat in!

It's well equipped (6-8 benches with safety racks, 3+ deadlift stations, a couple of squat racks, a decent amount of machines) and has calibrated plates for competiton. Also, it's indoors with central air and super clean! Some cardio machines as well. It's the only dedicated powerlifting gym I've seen in the area. Unfortunately it's just a hair too far to be practical for my training but I wish I could be a member here.

It's true that people are more respectful at this gym because when I walked in everything was clean and everyone was wiping things down and re-racking their weights. It makes for such a better lifting experience when everyone respects the equipment and facility. You sign up on an app and you beep in via a bluetooth system which was convenient for my early morning lift. I even got to meet the owner Ian, and he was cool and helped me get a day pass fast which was great! I intend to come back here! 10/10.

During 2026, we never saw her…read moreuse the bars even once, and over the last couple of seasons I don't remember seeing the Level 1 class use the balance beam either. Each season is around seven weeks and is paid for in advance, so as parents we kept hoping the next session would involve more actual gymnastics. Instead, a large portion of the classes consisted of conditioning exercises such as push-ups, sit-ups, planks, carrying mats, and other workouts. After finishing the exercises, they might work on a gymnastics skill, but most of what we saw was basic skills such as cartwheels. While one student was being taught the skill, the other students would often be doing another workout or conditioning drill. Classes would frequently finish with more conditioning as well. I completely understand that strength and conditioning are important in gymnastics, but after watching this continue for roughly six months, it felt like conditioning was the main focus rather than gymnastics. In my opinion, conditioning should be a smaller part of the class, with the majority of the paid class time spent practicing gymnastics skills and using the equipment. I'm mainly writing this for parents considering Level 1. If you are expecting to regularly watch your child practice bars, beam, and other gymnastics skills, our experience was very different. Unfortunately, a lot of the time we were watching our daughter do push-ups and conditioning exercises rather than use the gymnastics equipment.

My daughter was in a beginner class and had never taken gymnastics before. The girl told her to do whatever on the bar. My daughter asked for help. She commented back that she knew how to do it and that my daughter just wanted her to babysit her. Again, my daughter had zero experience with gymnastics. She was upset and cried in the car. I didn't even get an apology at the desk when I said my daughter would not be coming back. Since then we have found an amazing place in Fontana on Cherry!!!
