The workouts are well planned and are rarely the same so you are always getting a great workout! I love that I never have to reserve a class I just get to show up and work out. I've been a member for over 3 years and it's been an amazing experience. I've been doing this type of workout for over 10 years but, I have received my best fitness results here. If you do a minimum of four days a week you will get results. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive and creative with each workout. I am so happy I enrolled here! Back story: It took me a long time to be ready to commit to a healthier lifestyle (I love my French fries), but when I was finally ready, I had no idea where or how to even go about getting into better shape. I tried gyms, and at-home videos, but I needed a program that held me accountable, pushed me, and helped me to get my weight loss journey started. Enter HWD: I invested in myself and enrolled in HWD's 6-week weight loss challenge. My coaches have had their work cut out for them with me, but they are awesome! HWD Fitness has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. The community is very motivating and pushes you to succeed and reach your goals! I personally joined for the bootcamp classes but ended up enjoying the boxing classes as well! The parking in the Rancho Cucamonga location is great, never a shortage, and plenty of room. Hands down the best gym that I have ever attended. They have highly knowledgeable trainers that really care about your health, safety and results. They are so nice and welcoming. I really wish it would've worked out but my fiancé and I hit some financial hardship. We were told that they would still take our money anyway even after we've expressed that we wouldn't be able to move forward financially. We had paid the initial deposit but unfortunately we were hit with some financial hardship. When we tried reaching HWD to let them know they were suddenly super difficult to get a hold of and then when we did get a hold of them we were told that they would just be taking the money anyway even though we haven't even started. Or used any of their services. It feels like they were super on top of communication to get us through the door but when we needed to communicate about this suddenly no one was answering the phone. read more

I initially started working out at HWD Fitness in March, 2022. I came from a previous gym that closed down. This bootcamp is a rare gym facility that I found and continued on with for a few reasons. 1. I mostly go to the bootcamp classes which are focused on strength training and circuit based. It's timed stations which I am able to still lift heavy safely. The trainers constantly are watching my form and correcting me throughout the class. 2. A cool thing they do is offer nutrition tips and have me see what my muscle mass is each month. 3. My work schedule switches up weekly so having access to both AM and PM classes helps a ton.4. The level of detailed coaching, form correction, and range of different workouts are literally second to none from what I have experienced in the past. Each day there is a muscle group we focus on which is like personal training but in group. 5. Above all, the community is very welcoming to newcomers and motivating to workout with. Everyone has been super friendly and I think that comes from the trainers. All trainers you can talk with and they seem like they really want to help you in your fitness journey. Whether you are starting your fitness journey or continuing it like me, this is a great place to do it at. read more
