Asking questions and wanting an explanation qualifies you as difficult to deal with. They are generalist, scope of knowledge is limited as a technician put it, that called me, as she lectured me about my attitude! Surgery was suppose to be done here, good thing is, they referred me elsewhere to control blood pressure that didn't need to be control. Bad thing I paid for something in advance and it was never done, and sure will not admit it and reimburse me!

No return phone calls so I called Montrose Vet Clinic, was given an appointment for that same day. Everyone there is warm and friendly. The vet is very knowledgeable and discussed everything with me. She treated Mittens after running the tests ( with my permission ) to determine what was wrong. It'll probably be a few days before there are any results, but he seems to be feeling better. Montrose seems like a long ways to go especially when there are ALOT of vets in this area- but it's only 19 miles and worth the drive.

I was destroyed about it. I was treated with such compassion it floored me. I was allowed to have a quiet moment with her when she went which meant a lot to me. I did not feel pressured. I could tell that the staff knew how heartbroken I was. Thank you to all of you. The second time I needed them was today. My other cat got an ear mite infestation from a kitten I adopted after losing my other cat. He was miserable. I was sure he was gonna tear them up when they started to mess with his ear but behold, he trusted them and was well mannered overall. I was blown away. I'm telling you!
