No problem, a quick text to Lissette and she assured us that all is taken care of. Our cats even ran out of food during the trip. Instead of having to order a bag online and have it shipped, Lissette went to the exact pet store we fequent and get the exact same bag of food we feed our cats. One thing I really liked about her services, beside the crazy affordable rate, was that she requested payment at the end of the service. She wanted to make sure we were happy with her feeding, litter clean-up, etc. Additonally, my cats are very shy. I warned her that she may not see either of them for a few days. Well, 2 days into her stopping over, both I received a photo of both cats cuddling up to Lissette! Oh, and she offers to take in your mail, newspaper, and any other normal house sitting services that I did not expect from a pet sitter!

Selina was a kitten, a stray from south Jersey, and i needed to get her checked out, vaccinated, spayed, the uszh. how do you spell the short for usual? youszh? yuzsh? anyway... I kinda wanted to go somewhere different than Cameron Animal Hospital even though i had gone there for years and it's so close, and I had received a BondVet mailer, advertising their new place in Montclair, and offering $50 off a first visit. I went online to check out their website and i liked that I was able to set up my appointment, picking a date and time, and even the vet i wanted. I hate talking on the phone so this was a major plus for me. Set the appointment, picked Jeniffer Bedoya for Selina's doc, and was set. I got email and text confirmations i had agreed to beforehand which was also great. I was initially going to walk but it was so cold on my first visit i decided to drive. There is a parking lot on the opposite side of Valley Road to park in for only $1/hour, and if full, there is also a parking garage behind the vet for slightly more. This is great because if you're thinking of parking on Bloomfield Ave, fugedddaboudit. Everyone at BondVet is so welcoming and pleasant, from the desk jockey to the vet's assistant to Doc Bedoya. They lovvvved Selina, and treated her with such care. I got all the results, Selina got some shots, they trimmed her claws at my request, set up her spay, paid and I was on my way. I've had i think 4 visits in all? All great experiences. I always leave feeling happy. And as soon as Selina gets home, she runs to make sure her food is still in the kitchen, lol. Also, BondVet is soooo, clean. They did not dispense the correct amount of medication for my cats infection which is MALPRACTICE and I will be writing to the Vet board. I still don't know if the medicine they gave me was not compounded correctly,not enough, or incorrectly labeled the syringe and I've been giving him too much. Who knows since I couldn't speak to a vet or manager about their mistake. They scammed me into paying for medicine I already paid for TWICE. My family came in on Monday and paid for 5 days worth of medication during my cats visit (also stated specifically on the manufactures label '5-7 days worth.') On Tuesday (the next day) I called and spoke to customer service on a recorded line stating there has been a mistake and not enough medicine was dispensed. I was told that they spoke to the doctor and she gave me enough for 5 days and it just may seem like it's not enough but surely it is.... It's now his 4th day of treatment and there is no medicine left in the bottle so he's missing 4 doses. Now I call and speak directly to the office who states they will dispense 2 days worth and to stop in. I come in on my lunch break and told by the front desk that I have to pay for the medicine. I am completely taken aback. I inform her I called Tuesday about this and now I'm here again and I paid for this medicine already I shouldn't be paying for it again. She comes up with this fake story that not a single doctor or person in this office informed us prior that this second bottle is being dispensed now and not before because they couldn't give me all the medicine in his first visit because the shelf life is short and this is how they dispense it. I'm in the medical field and it is amoxicillin refrigerated its shelf life is not 5 days especially when the label says it's supposed to be 5-7 days distributed..... I inform her again how I called on Tuesday and was told by the Dr I was given 5 days worth and show her how the packaging states there should be 5-7 days in here! I ask to speak to a manager I'm told they're not here right now and at another office. I ask her to call the manager she states she cannot. I am put in a corner and have to pay for this medicine for my cats well being while they scam their customers and try to talk to them like they're idiots. He has been the light of not only my life, but has an impact on everyone everyday. He is the sweetest boy, great temperament, loves to play, and is extremely friendly with other dogs too.
