Laurie and Bob have been walking my pup Lazer for 4 years and words cannot explain how amazing it has been. Lazer and Bob have developed such a beautiful bond. I occasionally check in on the cameras and always see them playing or Bob sitting on the floor letting Laz cover him in kisses. Over the years I've continued to receive comments from neighbors about how great both Bob and Laurie are with Laz as well. I cannot recommend Laurie and her team enough! The care and communication are unmatched. I am so grateful to have worked with them for so many years and am heartbroken that our working relationship is ending. They look forward to their afternoon daily walks while my wife and I are at work. I really like the notes on the walk that a walker will leave, it goes a long way to making me feel like the dogs are truly cared for. Ashley, their head trainer, was incredible--she kept us informed with daily updates, photos, and videos, and met with us weekly to review Nora's progress and teach us how to continue her training at home. I recently obtained a new puppy from a breeder, but unfortunately is ill. Dr Calle and nurse Sabrina took excellent care and all safety precautions to keep from contaminating any other areas wearing protective gear and having a room ready upon calling from parking lot if we could enter as we were aware of one of the highly contagious illnesses she has. Nurse Sierra has been wonderful too following up to check on us! After thorough examinations and many conversations, ensuring I understood everything, I was very impressed as I always have been! I love that they accept true companion, which pays direct if you have that insurance. They gave me a puppy goodie bag loaded with all kinds of stuff more than I've ever been given before. They are assisting me very well, keeping very detailed notes and providing me whatever I need. Offering advice whenever I call as we get through healing the puppy. My only caveat is prices are outrageous when it comes to spaying. I asked for a quote on a 65 pound one year-old golden doodle and with blood work and they are asking for $1600 and that is not even laparoscopy spraying, which they no longer do as I was told nobody has the training for it. That's quite disappointing as that's a ridiculous price. Most insurance companies will only give you back $250 and some only give you $100 and some don't even cover it at all. Sadly , I will not be proceeding with spaying here like I used to and we'll have to find a different hospital that is cheaper. I've already called around and found another for half the price. I did enjoy also that I didn't have to go to reception to pay. They quickly texted me a link while I was in the room with the doctor and I was able to pay right there off my phone. I still highly recommend this hospital and it is still my first choice.

I have been to a few groomers in the area, Barbara was the ONLY one who let me go in the back with him. I easily got an appt to come in on a Saturday. Place looks so inviting & clean. Lots of lovely pictures around. Doggie toys & clothes as well! We were greeted very warmly but Barbara & Kelly. We waited about 2 mins & they took Oliver & me in the back. I know I am paying for a service, but I liked I can stay next to him & keep him calm. Kelly washed him so easily & gave him a blueberry facial! She & Barbara dried him twice, ears, teeth & nail all done in under an hour! He looks, feel & smells wonderful! You can really tell how much they love the animals that come through there. I scheduled an evaluation on Monday, December 6th, 2021 for Wednesday, December 8th, 2021 at 4:00 pm. I did this through their website on their automated calendar system. The slot for 4:00 pm was available. I received two automated emails that my appointment was confirmed. My husband and I took off of work. On December 8th, 2021 we arrived with our doggy. The worker came out and explained that our session was canceled by Emily because she had a dinner party to go to. The worker explained only Emily could do the evaluation, and we would have to come back another day. She stated Emily would reach out to me on how to move forward. On December 9th, 2021 Emily did reach out to us and this is when I began to become suspicious. Instead of Emily looking to reschedule with us, she sent us a thank you email for attending the evaluation. All of you can obviously guess the scam here. She wants to secure her $100 by claiming she delivered a service she never did. This email was not automated and from Emily as we would begin a long thread of arguments. The end game for us was to return our $100 since she was borderline committing a theft by deception. Emily claimed she was at an organizational dinner-party that happens once a year. Emily believed since she had called once that morning to cancel that was satisfactory and the fact I missed the call was my problem. It was less than 8 hours notice. Emily also claimed since I was complaining about not receiving the service she didn't want to work with my kind. It's pretty obvious Emily intended on stealing our $100. If she is the CEO and founder, she knew her holiday dinner-party was already scheduled and that she wouldn't be available for our appointment. She made no attempts to genuinely reach me after two days of the service being scheduled. And after just one email she stated she wouldn't evaluate my dog. Also, she explained when I stated I would seek a chargeback, that she has plenty of experiences with these situations and that it would be very hard to get my money back and "good luck." Continuing with the deceiving trend, her website states she is BBB certified but if you check this website she clearly is not. Emily is a liar all in all and doggy owners: BEWARE!!!!! Do not bring your dog there. Now that I'm doing more research it's a horror. Many reviews claim their dogs were traumatized or became sick while being in her custody. I know the claim there is three sides to a story. I have attached screenshots of the conversation so you all can be the judge.
