Upon arrival I didn't even have to text the number because there was already a technician in the parking lot who did was very friendly and checked us in. We waited about another 5 minutes and then came to get my dog. When he was done the vet herself came out and explained what was wrong and what they did addressed a few other questions I had. So was very friendly and didn't make me feel rushed. After paying the pharmacist came out and gave us our meds and we were on our way. We were in and out within 30 minutes. I hope I don't have another emergency with my dog again, but if I do. I wouldn't hesitate to bring either of my dogs here for care.

Around 8pm on march 21st my cat started having trouble breathing and she started convulsing. She wasn't breathing until my brother would shake her to start breathing again. We rushed her to this emergency clinic but she sadly passed away in my brothers arms in the car just two minutes from the clinic. The team was fantastic. One of the members there who took my cat to the back let us stay there for as long as I needed and didn't judge me for crying loudly. My mother paid $600 in total for my beloved cat to be cremated and to have a clay print of her paws which in my opinion is a great price. About a week(ish) later we got to pick up her ashes and the clay print we were promised and I believe the team went above and beyond. I received a card with the team's signatures and a certificate of cremation.

Instead of addressing the situation professionally and taking accountability for the confusion, the behavior we experienced was unacceptable. We entrusted this facility with the care of our pet and expected to be treated with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, that was not the case. In contrast to my previous experiences in the Bay Area, where a multitude of medications were often prescribed, Dr. Hulse offers only firm, well-founded advice and administers solely the medications he deems essential for my pet's well-being. I genuinely regret not discovering his practice seven and a half years ago when my pet was a puppy, as I believe his health outcomes would have been more favorable. I am confident that with ongoing treatment from Dr. Hulse, my pet will receive the highest possible standard of care. With my dog Riley, they take extra care with getting him settled in and adjusted because he developed a bit of separation anxiety after the pandemic. They always have him looking his best after his every six weeks grooming. To make it easier for me (not having to call for an appointment) they've been booking him out every six weeks for the entire year. It is so easy for me to remember, and they do such a great job with him. I cannot say enough how much trust I have in Lisa and her team at Top Notch.
