Furthermore, Niki is an expert groomer! I adopted an insanely cool Chinchilla Persian cat, Puffcat, from Niki's Play n' Stay just after winter break. Chinchilla Persians are lovely! The breed requires very careful grooming every 4-8 weeks--including bathing, shaving, and drying with a special high velocity cat hairdryer. Therefore, I just had my Chinchilla Persian, Puffcat, over at Niki's for grooming and he came back looking picture perfect. After his grooming, he's sooooo puffy, smells amazing, and he has been expertly shaved & trimmed. Thank you Niki! Highly recommend!!

She said she misread the time and thought the appointment was an hour later. *but that's it* - she didn't say if she was on the way or apologize for missing 2 appointments, nor did she try to reschedule. If I can't trust you to make consultation appointments or communicate clearly, how am I supposed to trust you with my pets, in my home? Do not recommend.
